Location, staff, cleanliness.

Unfortunately people don't understand there are other people and families sharing the same area. Most of the hotels I stay at don't have adequate noise insulation between rooms and from the hallway. Some people leave or get into their rooms and don't close the door behind them. Then the doors will always make a loud bang when they close by themselves. Hotels should create a door closing mechanism that's quiet because people are too lazy to close their room doors with their hands.

Shower was cold. Time of day was 9:00 in the morning and the water was cold. Not good.

The breakfast was excellent with very good choices for both the hot breakfasts and the cold breakfasts, as well as fruit and fresh waffle making facilities. The breakfast was presided over by Helen and Penny, both of whom had the comfort and care of the guests always at the forefront of their work ethic. Penny showed her knowledge and understanding of quality assurance and customer satisfaction and was very helpful to me and to all the guests - many of whom remarked on this. All the staff were excellent and although very busy still managed to remain cheerful and smiling and ready to help.

I do believe that there was a staff shortage and more staff were needed in Housekeeping, especially in the guest rooms.

The staff was nice. The lobby was nice but uncomfortable to hang out and because the air conditioning system was not working. It was way too hot in there for a summer afternoon or evening in July in Atlanta.

My bed was lumpy, and uncomfortable . the pillows smelled and did not feel fresh

Breakfast was terrific, and Penny was especially kind. She even packed up something for us to take to the room so I could do a conference call. And Tisha and Marlo at the front desk were both cheerful and helpful. It is apparent you have a high performing team who work well together and get along well. From helping with a later check out time and recommendations for local restaurants to greeting us every time we came and went, our experience was great. They were even hard at work putting up fun decorations for Halloween and giving out extra treats. Highly recommend this property!

The gentleman at the desk & a lady greeted me when I first walked in. I think his name was Mikey. He’s was THE nicest man… so very helpful & welcoming. I was in town for my granddaughter’s wedding in Roswell. This location was very convenient. Room was very comfy & I slept like a baby! Thank you for a very pleasant stay !!😊

I have NOTHING but good things to say !

My experience was a little unique for me. When I was booking my stay I couldn't decide if I wasnted to stay Sunday night or not, I ended up not book my stay for the extra night. In my mind when I got there, I kept telling myself I had booked the extra night. Sunday rolled around and I got an email about how did I enjoy my stay. I brushed it off until I checked my reservation and I did not book the extra night. I immediately called and the front desk staff was great, they contacted housekeeping and they gathered all my belongings and had them at the front desk when I arrived later in the day.

It was conveniently located close to the freeway for a quick rest during a long road trip. Alexis at the front desk was absolutely amazing.

Nothing it was great. There was even a huge party and you couldn’t even hear the music unless the door was opened. Honestly nothing to complain about.

Ms. Penny & Sophie were very courteous during breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were a nice size.

The elevator inspection was expired. Room 406 didn't have a doorstopper and green chair.

Room was clean and requests were fulfilled quickly.

The room wasn't stocked with extra toilet paper and kleenex for the days there wasn't Maid service.
