Location was excellent. Didn't have breakfast. Rooms were clean and nice. Check in was courteous.

We had a dog and the area entitled the dog walk was less than clean. Guests should be reminded (or at least a sign should have been posted) that pet owners are responsible for picking up their animals poop. Some of the piles looked like they were there for several days. Secondly, when checking out, the front desk offered a bucket to drop your room key. It was an open container and insider were keys from guests along with the envelope which was handed to guests at check in. Anyone could have swiped a key, gone into a room, and stolen whatever. A sealed box that prevented guests from removing the contents would have been preferred.

Location right off highway, large modern rooms, good breakfast, accepts dogs.

the layout of the room has some design flaws. The bed is smashed up against the heater / air conditioner, so there is only about 6 in of space to get into the bed on that side. Another problem is that it really is only set up for one person, even though the sofa bed allows for more people in the room. There is a very nice kitchen setup, but there is only one chair and no way for people to eat at the same time. We always stay at this chain, because it is attractive, modern, accepts pets , and has a strong sustainability policy. But, at this hotel the sustainability effort is disappearing fast. Breakfast is no longer served on real plates, with cutlery that can be washed and reused. Instead they have substituted styrofoam. This may be meaningless to some people, but some of us do notice.

Nice aesthetics, very clean, spacious, accommodating, coffee was wonderful, hot breakfast was very nice. Would definitely stay again!

The only complaint was that the bed was slightly hard, in my opinion, but the other guests with me were very happy with the beds. Also, the indoor pool was very cold, but we were told the heater had malfunctioned and they were expecting the repair to be completed the next week.

The property was really easy to get to from the highway. The staff worked to make sure my kids and I were comfortable and understood our need for rest after a long day of travel and basketball games for my son. They had plenty of clean towels a and blankets that we needed when we requested it. There were a few issues and the front desk staff and manager took care of it and reassured me they would address the issues in a timely manner.

The location is not a feel safe neighborhood type area. I wouldn’t feel safe arriving late at night there other that it was what my kids and I needed for the three nights there. There was a huge groups of baseball teams there that had been running around the hotel floors banging on doors as if it was a play ground and these kids were between the ages of 14-16 so getting the blasting knock on our door after 10:30PM was not a pleasant experience. A little startling when we had fallen asleep already. I called and spoke to the manager who assured me would look at the cameras and address them.

I liked that the room was bigger than an average hotel room and had extra sleeping space with the pullout couch.

The breakfast buffet was not good and advertising for it was misleading. Need more options with meat. The breakfast sandwiches that were offered seemed like they had been made and under a warmer way too long. They were not fresh.

We loved the layout of the room. It gave us enough room to have our pack n play up the entire stay not just while sleeping. The location was wonderful as were the staff.

The pool was heated but could have been just slightly warmer with the indoor/outdoor feature; it was very cold and windy during our stay which caused the pool to be chilly if you were not constantly actively moving.

The manager on duty or front desk person Saturday night deserves a shout out for excellence. He was handling a full house but never appeared overwhelmed or impatient with questions. Very hospitable!!

The only issue I had were with pillows in our room.. Many people are allergic to feathered pillows. All on our bed were feathered and were in bad shape- need to consider replacing.

The location is superb.

There was nothing that we didn't like. The weak spot was the breakfast. The offerings were typical of most overnight-oriented hotels of this type: good quality and friendly service but limited variety with very few healthful options -- about what we expected.

It was conveniently close to the interstate and it delivered everything one would expect from a Hilton property.

I liked everything! At first I thought the road sounds from the highway would be annoying, but they sound proofing was wonderful!

Breakfast options were good 👍🏼 and fairly easy for grab and go. My orange was great! I liked the healthier options. 😃. The bed was so comfortable! The sheets amazingly soft! The a/c worked perfectly and the room was so clean!

Only thing I noticed missing was plastic spoons for taking yogurt to go as we did not have time to eat in the lobby.
