Nice and clean , convenient to river street . But I don’t get why it was 40 dollars to park after I spent 417 dollars for one night . The air wasn’t the best , the soda machine wasn’t working correctly on the 6th floor it took my money twice and wouldn’t take a debit card only cash. I put cash in it never gave me my water . Which was $3 outrageously over priced. The drinks at the bar were over priced and weak on the liquor side of it. The food another way over priced . I get you guys gotta make money but DAM. It was my wife and I 18 th anniversary we stayed there to celebrate . Gotta work on the stuff I wrote about though . Thanks have a nice day

Great location clean

The room was nice and clean. The small balcony overlooking the river was very nice. The bathroom and linens were also quite clean. The location was everything. We were able to walk along the river and reach the various downtown shops.

The walls seemed to be paper thin because I could hear everything that went on in the rooms beside us and the $40 self parking was absurd.

The hotel offered a peaceful and inviting atmosphere with a clean and comfortable room that made relaxing after a long day easy. The room had a cozy ambiance, featuring plush bedding, a well-maintained bathroom, and a functional workspace. The space felt tidy and fresh, providing a welcoming environment for rest. While the lobby was simple and functional, it needed more entertainment or activities. It felt spacious but somewhat underused, with little to draw attention or engage guests. The bar area, however, was a highlight. Its design was appealing, offering a relaxing spot to unwind. Though there wasn't much happening in a social scene or events, the bar had a nice vibe, and it was open late, providing a convenient place for drinks. The hotel seemed to prioritize comfort, but there was little to do beyond the room and the quiet bar, as the atmosphere in the common areas was subdued, and the happy hour offerings were minimal. It was a good choice for those seeking relaxation but not ideal for those wanting a more lively or interactive hotel experience.

I love the lobby and everything 😍 was clean and very pleasant. Our bell man was nice and I like it was on the river and somewhat in walking distance to a few places Oh and I like when you have you child with you the front desk has a basket full of goodies they let the children pick from

I didn't like the room bout having a microwave and I had my child with me.. I didn't like the message being full so I was able to enjoy the spa or experience it. And I didn't like the front desk when it came to how they withdraw the money and how it was a woman that barley speak English so it was hard understanding her

The room was ample, the bathroom was a very nice size, the bed was comfortable. and it is in close proximity to places we wanted to see. Close to the river walk which we used when we went out for dinner.

The pool closed too early, 8pm, but a gentlemen allowed us 10 min swim which was very nice of him. The pool water has too much chemicals, painful and we smelled of chlorine when we got out. Our second room's AC didn't work as well as our room but with little ones who were already settled in it wasn't possible to move to another room. They didn't sleep very well because of the humidity.

Loved that it was right on the riverfront and within walking distance of a lot of stops and the trolley. The sitting area out back by the water was really nice to grab a drink and watch the boats go by.

It was a little further of a walk to some areas but still doable. The biggest complaint I had was the lack of sidewalks to the front of the hotel and the steep incline to the upper walking areas was really tough on a stroller. I would think it’s not very handicap friendly. That’s a city planning issue though and not the hotel itself.

The location was wonderful, the view out of the riverfront room was amazing with all of the ships, boats and ferries constantly going down the river. Staff was the friendliest of anywhere we've stayed before.

Our only "complaint" was the high cost of food and necessities purchased in the hotel store. Because of the inconvenience of getting into the historic district, hard to find parking, difficulty in walking if you have physical restrictions like I do, we had to have several meals or snacks in the hotel, which adds up. However, the beauty of the hotel outweighed worrying about going over our budget.

Good location on the river. Hotel was very clean in the common areas. Very quiet at a time when Savannah was celebrating St. Patrick’s day with hundreds of thousands in town. Our room housekeeper was the absolute best I’ve encountered in many years. A delightful young lady dedicated to customer care.

Concierge lounge was closed two days out of our three. Closed by 9:00 am in the morning. Room rates were very high.

There was a mix up in room service and someone came to my door and tried to enter. I called the front desk and spoke to the manager and the manager knew about the mix up and was able to identify the person that came to my door however, I would recommend that the hotel have better regulations on uniforms. The gentleman that came to the door was in a black polo and black baseball hat. If the manager hadn't been able to identify him, it would have made me feel uncomfortable. Other than that, the hotel was great, their staff was great and very helpful with everything else. I would recommend and stay again.

The room was nice

We had a bad experience at diner. There was 7 of us and we ordered together but our food came after each person had eaten one plate 10 to 15 mins after the next. One of us never got our meal all. We choose to spend our Christmas with you but dinner ruined it. At the end of the night the manager comped our meal which was appreciate but we were really upset over all especially me as I choose to bring them there.
