Nice and clean , convenient to river street . But I don’t get why it was 40 dollars to park after I spent 417 dollars for one night . The air wasn’t the best , the soda machine wasn’t working correctly on the 6th floor it took my money twice and wouldn’t take a debit card only cash. I put cash in it never gave me my water . Which was $3 outrageously over priced. The drinks at the bar were over priced and weak on the liquor side of it. The food another way over priced . I get you guys gotta make money but DAM. It was my wife and I 18 th anniversary we stayed there to celebrate . Gotta work on the stuff I wrote about though . Thanks have a nice day

Great location clean

My husband and I went on River street and unfortunately we parked in the wrong spot and got towed. So I asked the baggage guy that was outside for Uber number so we could go and retrieve our vehicle. But once we realized it was gone take along time,he offered to take husband and not only did he take he stayed with him until he was able to get it. A pure blessing he was to us.

Everything was perfect. Our stay was Everything that we expected, and we most definitely will be booking again in the near future.

The most impressive feature of the Savannah Marriott is the indoor courtyard with the window overlooking the river. When we first went out on our balcony, a huge tanker ship was slowly floating by, and it created a great memory for us and our kids! The other highlight of the experience was the food from the in-hotel restaurant, which was exceptional.

The only issue we had was figuring out how to get to the front desk once we arrived, as it wasn't directly intuitive. We figured out eventually that we had to go up the small escalator to get to it so it was not a big detractor.

The room was nice and clean. The small balcony overlooking the river was very nice. The bathroom and linens were also quite clean. The location was everything. We were able to walk along the river and reach the various downtown shops.

The walls seemed to be paper thin because I could hear everything that went on in the rooms beside us and the $40 self parking was absurd.

The staff was very friendly. Chris, the concierge was awesome! Chris helped us book our events and gave great advice! Ladies at the front desk were very friendly and professional. The bellman Tony was very nice and gave me some history of the area and even shared pictures with me from 1977! My stay was so enjoyable, and staff helped make it that way! I would definitely come back and recommend it to my friend and family! Thank you !

The only thing that I would change is maybe lower the price for guest parking , I felt it was a little on the high side!

The room had a cozy ambiance, featuring plush bedding, a well-maintained bathroom, and a functional workspace. The space felt tidy and fresh, providing a welcoming environment for rest. While the lobby was simple and functional, it needed more entertainment or activities. It felt spacious but somewhat underused, with little to draw attention or engage guests. The bar area, however, was a highlight. Its design was appealing, offering a relaxing spot to unwind. Though there wasn't much happening in a social scene or events, the bar had a nice vibe, and it was open late, providing a convenient place for drinks. The hotel seemed to prioritize comfort, but there was little to do beyond the room and the quiet bar, as the atmosphere in the common areas was subdued, and the happy hour offerings were minimal. It was a good choice for those seeking relaxation but not ideal for those wanting a more lively or interactive hotel experience.

I love the lobby and everything 😍 was clean and very pleasant. Our bell man was nice and I like it was on the river and somewhat in walking distance to a few places Oh and I like when you have you child with you the front desk has a basket full of goodies they let the children pick from

I didn't like the room bout having a microwave and I had my child with me.. I didn't like the message being full so I was able to enjoy the spa or experience it. And I didn't like the front desk when it came to how they withdraw the money and how it was a woman that barley speak English so it was hard understanding her

I parked the car on Friday and walked everywhere I wanted to go and left on Sunday . The ease of getting into the facilities, plenty of places to eat close by, plenty of shopping, attractions, very friendly employees, I will stay again.

The air conditioner in the room was not working properly and would not get cold, I put it on 60 degrees Friday when I arrived and it never got below 74 degrees the whole weekend, luckily I had my fan with me. I just prefer a cold room to sleep in.

Location and staff. Tour rep was AMAZING! HIS NAME ESCAPES ME AT THE MOMENT, BUT HE WAS AN ABOVE EXCELLENT RESOURCE FOR STATE AND CITY HISTORY, AND HE IS RELATABLE AND PERSONABLE. HE MADE US FEEL LIKE FAMILY, WITH NO QUESTION GOING UNANSWERED, AND WITH HIM NEVER BEING UNINFORMED. HE IS A TREASURE FOR THE HILTON AND SAVANNAH AS A WHOLE!

The room was slightly dated wirh spackle peeling from the ceiling.

The room was ample, the bathroom was a very nice size, the bed was comfortable. and it is in close proximity to places we wanted to see. Close to the river walk which we used when we went out for dinner.

The pool closed too early, 8pm, but a gentlemen allowed us 10 min swim which was very nice of him. The pool water has too much chemicals, painful and we smelled of chlorine when we got out. Our second room's AC didn't work as well as our room but with little ones who were already settled in it wasn't possible to move to another room. They didn't sleep very well because of the humidity.
