The location is perfect, the grounds are picturesque, the history behind the building and riverfront is impressive and the customer service is next level. We loved the wine and h'ordourves in the hotel lobby. The interior design made you feel at home at at ease. It's beautiful and serene and reflects the relationship the hotel has with the local nautical community. The book in the room detailing the local history and businesses of the area was my favorite special touch . My boyfriend enjoyed the complementary Klondike bars that are great after a long day in the Savannah heat.

This is a wonderful historic hotel in a great section of Savannah. It's right on the river front making it easy to walk everywhere. Our "room" was actually a little apartment that had a sitting area and a kitchenette area in addition to the bedroom and bathroom and was really beautifully decorated. There was also a large desk and lots of charger ports, which made working in the room really convenient. It was super dog friendly and they even gave us a special doggie welcome kit, with treats, a tennis ball, pick-up bags and a door hanger to alert others that there was a pet in the room! There was easy parking on site and the staff were super helpful. They also have happy hour with wine and snacks and our freezer was stocked with ice cream treats! Of note if mobility is an issue...I did not see an elevator and exterior steps were the only way to access pretty much every area of the hotel from check in to the rooms themselves. There may be accessible rooms so if steps don't work for you, be sure to ask about this.

This historic hotel is beautiful. We stayed here before with our dog and loved it so we returned. The rooms are clean and there are pretty appointments throughout. The happy hour is wonderful - yummy apps, nice wine, and a pretty view of the river. The icecream treats at night were an unexpected treat! Also, our dog looks forward to his goody bag.

We really needed a nice comforter on our bed. Also, there was a lot of noise coming from the street with cars revving their engines, and it continually woke us up along with our dog. The coffeemaker wasn't working(they eventually fixed it), and the coffee upstairs was very weak - should be stronger.

There were few facilities at the Inn, for example no breakfast and the main reception room needed a refurbishment. However, our room/apartment was really good and exceeded expectations, very clean, and very spacious with good furnishings. Beds could have been more comfortable. More like an airbnb. Staff at reception were very welcoming and Mica in particular was very knowledgeable about the local area. Savannah is so beautiful, it is really worth a visit and the Inn was a lovely place to stay.

Attention to room day to day. The beds were not made every day. Feel that the reception area could be better.

Location was spot on! Our room overlooked the river and we loved seeing the ships pass by with containers! They were thoughtful in providing ear plugs, but we found the location quiet. Also, that the inn had an enviable parking area in downtown Savannah. The staff was courteous and friendly, helpful and solicitous. We had needs that were addressed quickly and efficiently. The room felt more like an apartment with a well-furnished living room. As it was close to downtown, it was so easy to walk to restaurants and shops. They had Klondike bars in the freezer that were nummy!

I wish they had some kind of dish towel or paper towel available for kitchen needs. Other than that, it was great!

We stayed at the Olde Harbour Inn for a birthday night celebration "staycation" as we live 20 minutes away just across the bridge in South Carolina. The hotel is situated right on River St. and is a perfect location for easy walking to bars, restaurants, and guided tours. When we arrived we were greeted by the entire staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. We were escorted to our room and were astounded at the size of the room. It was more like an apartment than a hotel room. A full sized furnished living room with sofa, chairs, and a desk work station, a large kitchen area with a standard sized refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and sink, a full bath, and a large master bedroom with an oversized queen (king?) bed. We had a view of the Savannah river from the bedroom window. The bed was very comfortable and had lots of pillows which I appreciate. The room was spotlessly clean and had every amenity you could ask for. There was a bottle of sparkling wine on ice on the coffee table and Klondike bars in the freezer. There was a white noise sound machine on the night stand which was a really nice surprise as I use one at home. There was also a complimentary cooler in the lobby with unlimited soft drinks and bottled water. We enjoyed the afternoon happy hour in the lobby dining area with complimentary wine and light snacks to tide us over until dinner. Overall our experience was exemplary and I would enthusiastically recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in the heart of downtown Savannah. We will definitely be back again.

I can really only think of two negatives, both very minor. 1. The coffee in the common area was watery and looked more like cloudy water than coffee. Whoever brews it needs to up the coffee content and brew it a little stronger. 2. The Savannah river is an active shipping lane and in the morning there was a long barrage of ship horns being sounded. Obviously this is not something the hotel can control but it's something to be aware of.

This is our 4th time staying here and we look forward to it after a 13 hour drive. We appreciate the apps and wine that the staff puts out while looking at the beautiful view of the Savannah river. Our room has an historical feel, and we look forward to our icecream treats left in the freezer for us at night.

Everything was great, however the bathroom was a bit small and tight. No room to put your toiletries out - especially with a traveling family of four.

Next time we visit beautiful Savannah, we will hopefully stay here again with our service dog. This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The accommodations were clean & beautiful. More than enough room for 2 people and our service dog. We were treated to a view of the river from our bedroom! A goodie bag was provided, which our dog loved. There was a lovely happy hour upstairs overlooking the river, and wine was provided along with several appetizers ! We were also treated to a frozen ice cream treat left for us inside our freezer, compliments of the inn♡ Southern gentility and hospitality at its finest♡

The Inn is in an awesome location in a very walkable city. Our room was large, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The nightly wine and light appetizers was a nice bonus. Also, the complimentary soft drinks, waters and ice cream were very much appreciated.

I would loved having a full length mirror in our room. We also missed not having a nice veranda, overlooking the river, while enjoying our evening wine.

Bell hop greeted us and took luggage to our room while we checked in. Unlimited complimentary water and ice cream in room. Large suite with living area with a TV, kitchenette had refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Beautiful bedroom overlooked River St. so we could see ships go by. All in all, this was a fantastic place to stay in a wonderful location! The Inn even gave us earplugs just in case the ships were too loud! Wish we'd have had more than one night to enjoy this gem!
