River view balcony views of Cargo ships, riverfront, historic scenes are all good. 4th floor has garden terrace which is nice. 7th floor has Sun Deck. Both operate 6 am to 10 pm. Without Room access key, no one can access parking lot or the car. Valet parking is good service. Just that booking.com and Hyatt should convey this service is charged during booking for car parking. Room had king bed, one Sofa, TV, refrigerartor, coffee maker. Room and restroom was nice, neat, clean. They do provide electric iron and one little closet.

Valet parking charges should be disclosed in bookings.com. Also, description regarding city view, river side view, balcony river view is not clear on booking.com So, this comment is for booking website, not Hyatt. Hyatt service was great. I feel that instead of common microwave for the floor. They should provide in room microwave for the customers. Everytime , we had to go in the lobby to hear the food. Rest all was good.

Valet parking $50/night!!

I loved the setup of the room having two big windows because it was a corner room. Loved the view. The room was very clean daily. The hotel's location was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the restaurant was nice and very comfortable. It was just beautiful to be in. The different areas where you could relax was awesome. I have to say I loved the furnishings, the art everything. I really felt safe being able to have access from outside to get to the elevator that took you back to the lobby. I really enjoyed the experience being there and and be in Savannah. Thank you.

That's easy ........not having to pay $50.00 a night. $ 250.00 is alot to ask people.

EASE OF ACCESS TO LOCAL ATTRACTIONS AND TO FERRY CLEANLINESS FRIENDLINESS OF STAFF

COMMUNICATION B/T 3rd party BOOKING AGENT AND THE HOTEL. Staff members attempted to assist; however it appeared to be a catch 22. To get a business rate, I used a 3rd party booking site, but hidden fees added up quickly(over $400.00). To directly book with the property, I was told at the time of making my reservation, via a phone call, that I didn't qualify for a business rate b/c the event I was attending wasn't at the Hyatt. Thus, the Catch 22.

Not a great experience, thought your staff is very nice. Location is great, lobby and views are very nice.

When I checked in, there was a large industrial fan in the room. Not sure why they gave me that room, but I called and told the front desk. I went out to dinner, and when I came back, it was still there. I took off my shoes and stepped by the fan, and the entire carpet there was soaking wet. I figured out why the fan was there. I called down, and the woman who answered said, "Oh, it's still not dry."? So you knew there was an issue, yet I was given that room. I asked to be moved, so I had to pack up my belongings and move to another room. Not a great experience, thought your staff is very nice.

The Staff checking in was very friendly and helpful. I asked for a river view room for an Added Charge of 25 Dollars of which I got and can say it was well worth it. We got to see the Barges, tugboats and riverboats come through. The room was very clean, the shower was amazing. The Television was 55" and you can stream, watch TV, rent movies. The bed was very comfy and clean, felt like I was sleeping in a pillow.We brought our vehicle out front and were greeted with Friendly Valet Staff, Thanks Miles for parking our car and giving us directions of what to do next.They have a restaurant inside, we didn't eat there but I imagine it would be good. They have also a nice store if you want drinks or snacks.

Well, there is nothing wrong with this Staff or Hotel. But, if you are looking to be cheap this isn't the place to be. You will pay 50 dollars for Parking there added, you will pay a 25 dollar fee for like a resort fee. I skipped breakfast of which would of been another 50 dollar added. So, when I booked the hotel room it was 127 dollars, and when I left with parking and the 25 dollar view to the river it worked out to being 260 dollars and with tips probably 280 dollars. Nothing wrong with the room just be prepared not to be cheap here.

All of the staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the location, it was perfect. The room was nice, it was visually appealing. We liked that you had to use your card key in the elevator. The restaurant has a great view.

There were not enough electric outlets. The lamps had plug in outlets but wouldn’t take a larger adapter. The plug ins need to be updated to USB-C. I wanted to use my straightening iron while my husband was in the shower and had to use the plug in on the lamp because there was a mirror there, however, my straightening iron plug kept moving so the iron would go on and off. There was no plug in available in front of the nice large mirror. The restaurant was good, however, they needed more appetizer choices. None of this diminished our stay, we really enjoyed ourselves. These are just suggestions.

This is the only hotel I will ever book if I ever return to Savannah GA in the future. The staff is amazing, friendly and kind! The perfect distance from anything fun to do in Savannah, or any restaurant you can imagine. Wasn't crazy about the $48 per night parking charge, but you have to pay to park anywhere in Savannah (also not crazy about this!). The balcony with the view of the river from the 4th floor blew us away! Stunning hotel inside. Nicest place my daughter and I have ever stayed. I originally had a Bed & Breakfast booked for my week in Savannah, but once I went inside and saw my room & all of the amenities it DIDN'T have, I cancelled & walked out the door without even having another place booked. Found this hotel online, was fortunate enough to secure a room for the entire week, and I absolutely couldn't have been more pleased with my sight-unseen choice!

Really, the only thing I wasn't crazy about was when you scan your code to have the valet retrieve your car didn't always work. You would go down to pickup your car & the valet didn't receive the notice to bring your car around, even though you received a text message that it was received on their end. It's a fantastic service-just maybe has a few bugs to work out??? Also, if they could put an ice machine closer to each hallway so you didn't have to go so far to get it, or to heat up food since a microwave wasn't in the hotel room would really help.

The Balcony was not too good because it was a partial view of the river

My biggest problem was booking thru third part that was a overseas office. They could not answer local activity question nor could they answer any questions pertaining to discounts ,i.e. Senior, Government or Military therefore I received no type of discount then having to pay a higher price because they did not provide any information on discounts.I was told by staff upon checkout that the booking agency is responsible. I would have cancelled had I know this fact but I really like HYATT.A post discount would certainly be appreciated.

I arrived after a 10 1/2 hour drive evacuating Florida for hurricane Milton. I got there at about 1 AM. The drive should have only taken me 5 1/2 hours, So I was exhausted and scared. As I was driving, I prayed that the staff would be kind. When I pulled up to the valet, the Lord answered my prayer. This beautiful young woman London said, my manager said to be gentle with them. That’s exactly what I prayed for! The fact that the manager would actually use the word gentle was beautiful and then London was so caring and loving with me as she took my luggage and helped me check in. Her care was exactly what I needed. I am incredibly grateful to that manager and to London from the valet team, she was amazing! Thank you.
