Excellent location although a wee bit of a trek to the car park when managing luggage. Although we could have used the back entrance it was not easy to negotiate after a long drive from Albany, Georgia in rainy weather. Very good communication regarding key codes and instructions. We had a problem with plumbing, reported it and it was rectified very quickly. Great apartment with all amenities you could need. Will certainly use Sonder again. This was our first experience.

We were advised to access an online link to obtain reduced parking prices. The link to Parkit did not work, when we contacted Sonder they were very helpful, but could not solve the problem. Next day went to the parking lot and a helpful lady staff member advised that Parkit did not have an agreement any longer. Consequently we had to pay full price for our 4 night stay, had a lot of unnecessary worry and concern in an unfamiliar environment. Could easily have spoilt our holiday, luckily it didn’t!

Location was nice, apartment was cute and good amenities.

The instructions for entering the main door were unclear. There were instructions on the apartment door but not on the front door. It took several tries and assistance from someone coming out to figure it out. The back door was supposed to lock and never did, the elevator had a code but it wasn't required for use either. The floors creaked and the walls were thin so when our neighbors had a 4 hour phone call (at normal volume) until early morning hours, it sounded like they were in the bathroom with me. Parking outback wasn't for apartments, the garage was a walk away and not included. Spent $75 on parking for my 4 day 3 night stay.

Great space and a comfortable stay. Comfy bed and all facilities to hand, dishwasher, washer and tumble dryer. They even kindly gave us salt and pepper, dishwasher tablets etc. very useful as these things are expensive moving from place to place. Great position right in the heat of Savannah. Great service when we were stupid enough not to realise how the shower worked ( pull the control out otherwise it just spins and appears not to work!)

The only thing we didn’t like was the noise from above. It’s a converted warehouse, and whilst very attractive the squeaky floorboards from above were very annoying! Hence one mark down. Tbh we got used to it but if you have an early riser in the flat above you will be woken! ( they do provide earplugs!)

The apartment was elegant in an industrial-rustic kind of way. We enjoyed the kitchen and the comfortable bed. We were not awakened by noise from Broughton Street. We ended up parking south of Gaston Street (near Forsyth Park) where all street parking is free. This avoided us having to pay $20-$40 a day for parking.

There is a parking lot adjacent to the back of the property and all signs say 24-7 towing. When I called the Customer Service to inquire, I was connected to someone in a foreign country who--unsurprisingly--didn't have the answer as to whether we could park there. In the end, we could have, since we were there on a Saturday-Sunday. I think this place could do with a local customer service number.

Great location near the river, downtown and all the gorgeous squares. Easily within walking distance of Forsyth Park. So nice to have our own little apartment. I like Sonders and have stayed at a few.

I thought the location and the property were excellent. The decor is lovely and it was spacious and comfortable. the unit was stocked with everything we needed (and more). I would definitely stay here again.

my only complaints and none of these are deal breakers: the place smelled a little musty (old building). The door between the bedroom and the bathroom was broken and unusable- but there was a second door so it wasn’t a big issue. There definitely was some noise from the street (your on a busy street with nightlife) and you can hear everything within the building as well. we were able to sleep through it all- but good to know before booking. Lastly, we saw a huge cockroach (it’s the south). I alerted the staff at Sonder and they were responsive immediately. They sent someone over immediately to spray and gave me a discount on the room. All in all these were small things and I found the folks at Sonder to be very responsive and professional when we needed them.

We had a nice "in city" location, accessible to many bars, restaurants and other locales. The accommodations were excellent although it was very noisy right outside our window on Broughton Street, which couldn't be helped.

The door code was a pain. There was an ongoing problem with the key pad and the buttons when pushed sometimes would not bounce back. The code for the elevators was also a problem and we could not understand why there was even a code when stairs were available. Parking was very expensive as we had to pay $60 for two nights stay. That was disappointing.

The property itself is beautiful and so very convenient to everything. The BIG problem is that it is VERY noisy! The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from all of the other apartments(on either side, above and below). I heard the guest in the next apartment burp (luckily I didn’t smell it). You could hear them talk an even when they walked…..it sounded like it was in the room with you. The building only has an elevator in the back of the building (only steps up to the other floors through the front door) and the back door doesn’t work after a certain time at night. I just had knee replacement and was staying in the 2nd floor so this was very inconvenient and dangerous for me

The location couldn't be better. It was right in the middle of things. It was great to have all the amenities of a rental unit, e.g., a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer. There was plenty of room for bags and storage. I liked the look of the unit with high ceilings and nice decor.

Since it was an old building, the floors were very creaky, so we heard the people staying above us walking around a lot. The pullout couch was uncomfortable and dipped in the middle. There was no microwave in the kitchen.

Stayed at this property for a week while working from Savannah. My husband came for part of the week and I was by myself for the rest of the week so I wanted a location that was safe and easy to walk to restaurants. The location was perfect. It is right on Broughton so there is a lot of activity and a jazz club near by and you can somtimes hear the music. The bedroom was towards the inside of the building so I didn't hear any outside noise. The supply cabinet was super handy, and stocked with extra tea/coffee, soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper. The building manager Briana was very helpful and friendly when we had to have a couple lightbulbs changed. I downloaded the Sonder app and any time I posted a question, it was answered quickly. I would absolutely stay here again.

This didn't bother me but wanted to make a note for others. The building is old and as others have said, you can hear footsteps and lots of creaking as others walk past your door. The HVAC system can be a bit loud as well. The location and amenities outshined these issues for me so it wasn't a problem
