Excellent location although a wee bit of a trek to the car park when managing luggage. Although we could have used the back entrance it was not easy to negotiate after a long drive from Albany, Georgia in rainy weather. Very good communication regarding key codes and instructions. We had a problem with plumbing, reported it and it was rectified very quickly. Great apartment with all amenities you could need. Will certainly use Sonder again. This was our first experience.

We were advised to access an online link to obtain reduced parking prices. The link to Parkit did not work, when we contacted Sonder they were very helpful, but could not solve the problem. Next day went to the parking lot and a helpful lady staff member advised that Parkit did not have an agreement any longer. Consequently we had to pay full price for our 4 night stay, had a lot of unnecessary worry and concern in an unfamiliar environment. Could easily have spoilt our holiday, luckily it didn’t!

Great location near the river, downtown and all the gorgeous squares. Easily within walking distance of Forsyth Park. So nice to have our own little apartment. I like Sonders and have stayed at a few.

I thought the location and the property were excellent. The decor is lovely and it was spacious and comfortable. the unit was stocked with everything we needed (and more). I would definitely stay here again.

my only complaints and none of these are deal breakers: the place smelled a little musty (old building). The door between the bedroom and the bathroom was broken and unusable- but there was a second door so it wasn’t a big issue. There definitely was some noise from the street (your on a busy street with nightlife) and you can hear everything within the building as well. we were able to sleep through it all- but good to know before booking. Lastly, we saw a huge cockroach (it’s the south). I alerted the staff at Sonder and they were responsive immediately. They sent someone over immediately to spray and gave me a discount on the room. All in all these were small things and I found the folks at Sonder to be very responsive and professional when we needed them.

We had a nice "in city" location, accessible to many bars, restaurants and other locales. The accommodations were excellent although it was very noisy right outside our window on Broughton Street, which couldn't be helped.

The door code was a pain. There was an ongoing problem with the key pad and the buttons when pushed sometimes would not bounce back. The code for the elevators was also a problem and we could not understand why there was even a code when stairs were available. Parking was very expensive as we had to pay $60 for two nights stay. That was disappointing.

The property itself is beautiful and so very convenient to everything. The BIG problem is that it is VERY noisy! The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from all of the other apartments(on either side, above and below). I heard the guest in the next apartment burp (luckily I didn’t smell it). You could hear them talk an even when they walked…..it sounded like it was in the room with you. The building only has an elevator in the back of the building (only steps up to the other floors through the front door) and the back door doesn’t work after a certain time at night. I just had knee replacement and was staying in the 2nd floor so this was very inconvenient and dangerous for me

Stayed at this property for a week while working from Savannah. My husband came for part of the week and I was by myself for the rest of the week so I wanted a location that was safe and easy to walk to restaurants. The location was perfect. It is right on Broughton so there is a lot of activity and a jazz club near by and you can somtimes hear the music. The bedroom was towards the inside of the building so I didn't hear any outside noise. The supply cabinet was super handy, and stocked with extra tea/coffee, soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper. The building manager Briana was very helpful and friendly when we had to have a couple lightbulbs changed. I downloaded the Sonder app and any time I posted a question, it was answered quickly. I would absolutely stay here again.

This didn't bother me but wanted to make a note for others. The building is old and as others have said, you can hear footsteps and lots of creaking as others walk past your door. The HVAC system can be a bit loud as well. The location and amenities outshined these issues for me so it wasn't a problem

The amount of space was great, it felt very generous, and the layout of the rooms was good, although the bedroom was internal and had no window to the outdoors, but that was fine for just a few days. The kitchen was well equipped. Location was very good - close to all the key sights of Savannah and near lots of nice places to eat. There are no staff (or we didn't see any), but instructions to get in and out were clear and worked well. Bathroom was nice and clean and well provisioned. Having a washer dryer was excellent as this was a stop on a longer trip and we needed to do laundry!

The decor was a little tired here and there. Dishes in the cupboard hadn't been cleaned properly and still had food on them (possibly just not checked after going through the dishwasher). The apartment smelled slightly musty and the windows are very dirty. There were no bulbs in the bedside lamps which was a bit inconvenient.

The location was amazing! Very close to entertainment. The historic district and river walk were both a manageable walk. The apartment was very clean, well kept, and amenities were plentiful. The noise from other apartments was a bit much but not unmanageable. The bed was not the most comfortable but I’ve slept on worse. Parking was easy to figure out. Multiple parking garages nearby as well as a street parking pass available through the city. It is a bit pricey for longer stays. Overall, I’d recommend staying here considering location and price.

Easy access to the building and to the unit. Unit had everything we needed. We will definitely look up Sonder in other cities. We travel often and even internationally, and this unit was amazing.

It's not the hosts fault, but the city has a homeless problem, as many cities do... a shirtless hatchet carrying homeless guy took up residence in our front doorway of the building we were staying in and was swinging his axe weapon talking to himself, so we went in and out the back doorway into the ally... a camp of homeless people were milling around in the parking lot across from the back doorway, calling out to us. So we made sure we came back to the unit before dark each day around 8 pm. After dark, the homeless seemed more aggressive, calling out and asking for money. We would have loved to have experienced River Street in the evening, but we didn't want to step over homeless people getting into our building/unit in the dark.

The location was ideal, Near many restaurants and shops, Only a few blocks from the river. Will stay again just based of this wonderful location. You can easily walk to many places. The kitchen was large and good for families. The bathroom was updated and clean and large. The customer service was very helpful and happily accomodated our needs which evolved as we were evacuated for a hurricane.

The pull out mattress was very uncomfortable. You were literally lying on top of the springs. It was so bad me and my husband opted to not pull it out the second night and slept on the couch itself which we had to share this is a great location and affordable esp for where its at but better for two people. Does not accommodate four people comfortably. Would not book this room For 4 people again. Great for two however Also the parking is far and you have to unload in the back alley which isn't a huge deal just inconvenient especially with small kids.
