The apartment was very spacious and the location central in the historic district close to restaurants and all activities. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need to cook. It is excellent for large groups or families, value for money. Although the 3 bedroom apartments were not available, we were able to get a two bedroom apartment and an adjoining one bedroom apartment which was great.

Some of the rooms had no windows (one of the bedrooms in the two bedroom apartment and the room in the one bedroom apartment). Also we weren't permitted to open windows in the rooms that did have windows i.e. the living room and bedroom, opening windows would attract a fine.

Checking in was stressful. We were sent to the incorrect building. Once at the correct location, the code did not work. Other individuals also received confusing information. Booking.com needs to update location specifics. There was NOT a popcorn shop next to the building. Furthermore, the mattress on the pull out couch was not at all comfortable. The mattress was falling through the springs.

The hotel was extremely accommodating, I had booked multiple rooms and had to unfortunately cancel one due to a medical emergency and the staff and customer service was exceptional. My guests were able to check in and out without any challenges, the location was also perfect for elderly tourists. Rooms were clean and very spacious, and once the app was downloaded communication with the staff was easy. One of the guests had accidentally broken the kettle and not only was it replaced within 24 hours but the very first question asked by the hotel staff was if the guest was ok - demonstrating exceptional service and guest experience. I'm very happy with Sonder and would happily recommend to friends and family in the future.

So much room! Loved the simple and clean decor. The location was within walking distance of most key points of interest. Thought of everything to make guests comfortable. Everyone had their own bathroom, and this would be a great place to settle in for a long weekend or week visit.

I would have liked an ironing board or small steamer, and an umbrella would have been a nice touch for the afternoon rainshower. Staying in the front room exposes you to road noise, which isn't that bad - BUT there was a store downstairs that received a large delivery at 2:30am which required a metal ramp. Once I got over the shock of the jolting awakening boom, I was able to go back to sleep. It just wasn't what I thought I'd deal with!

Apartment was clean and spacious. Updated bathrooms, kitchen, and decor. Location was on the main street and close to everything. I requested a pack and play for our baby to sleep in and it was there when we arrived.

Location was also a negative thing because the delivery trucks at 5am in the alley were terrible. They supply a sound machine and ear plugs but it still woke up our 8mo baby (sound machine turned waaay up didn't help). Would not recommend for young children. Water pressure was awful - cannot take a quick shower because it takes forever to get wet and rinse off. Also, we did not buy olive oil because email said it was supplied, however, we did not find any.

Very spacious, modern appliances, very clean, great location downtown. Option to drop of baggage before/after the stay starts.

Coffee filters were a bit hidden (only available in the common stack) to use the complimentary coffee powder in the machine. The walls aren’t soundproof, we could hear the baby in a different apartment scream multiple times during our stay.

Decor was beautiful and comfortable, the location couldn’t have been better. The company has sound machines and ear plugs in the rooms if you need them for sound but really wasn’t too much excess noise. Parking garage is even just a block away. Definitely recommend booking here

So many codes to get inside and the safest (front) entry only had stair access

The property was perfect for my family of 7. We had more than enough space! The bedrooms were huge & very quiet between the rooms! You are right on Broughton Street so it was very convenient to shopping, restaurants & bars! I would definitely book this property again!

The only negative is if you have a car, the parking garage is a bit of a walk. We did not just used Uber or walked! I would suggest adding a dresser in each bedroom!

Wow, this place was huge for a low price, right on Boughton st. Super nice remodel with original brick walls and pine floors. Not much for noise except the front room facing the street. The back 2 rooms were mostly quiet. Incredible experience in Savannah.

Everything was perfect in the apartment. In one bedroom the door wouldn’t close and the light switch didn’t work. But, I couldn’t imagine maintaining a 100+ year old house so didn’t mind.

Location was great! Once there, we were able to walk wherever we went. It was a nice place! Very clean and modern. The kitchen was stocked with whatever we needed if we wanted to cook.

Perhaps another chair in the living room? We had to use the dining chair to watch TV some of the time. Other than that, it was really nice. I didn't see any check out instructions, so just left.
