Location, quiet and spacious room.

One colleague’s reservation was mishandled by hotel and no communication was received by him about this. Upon arrival, we weee notified on my one room was reserved for the two of us and the hotel was fully booked… we had to share the room for one night.

We liked the location being close and walkable to restaurants and shops. Valet staff was very helpful in giving directions and suggestions as to places to go and see. They had our car ready to go upon departure. We only stayed one night but would stay here again for a longer period . Front desk was friendly. Hotel was clean and bed very comfortable.

I booked through Booking.com . There was no reservation when I arrived but thankfully there was a room available. What would happen if there was none . I will most likely make plans directly through the hotel in the future instead of using Booking.com . Will check my receipts to be sure I was not double charged. The reception staff said it happens often . A continental breakfast would be nice with no charge like some other hotels offer. The elevator was not working so we used the waitstaff elevator with no problems. One last thing, we were on the 6th floor and was still very noisy at night from truck traffic - busy area so need to expect that.

THE LOCATION WAS VERY CONVENIENT TO THE HISTORIC AND RIVER WALK ATTRACTIONS, THE BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS PLENTIFUL, DELICIOUS, WITH MUCH VARIETY. THE JUCUZZI TUB AND WALK IN SHOWER IN OUR ROOM WAS FANTASTIC!! THE SWIMMING POOL AND HOT TUB WERE A DREAM. THE HOTEL WAS BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED. THE STAFF WAS PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL AND LOVING, ESPECIALLY ASHLEY CLARENCE, THE HOSTESS, AMBER POWELL THE WAITRESS, JAMIE SIKES, AND NOAH DAVIS. .

Clean, friendly and I appreciated the accommodation as we couldn't check in on Friday due to the storm. We were able to check in Saturday and though only for a day, we vowed to be back. Jamie at the Front Desk and Ashley in food services were above and beyond!

Our tv didn't work or change channels. We thought it was the remote but after changing for a new one, it never worked. We were able to sign into Netflix and it stayed on one show...thankfully we love Martin 😂

The friendly staff my husband come and stay at least once a year since 2018 and the front desk staff is always amazing

The room we stayed in was not up to standards and seemed like it was run down and needed work and it was near the cleaning staff supply closet which we do not like at all and there were bags of trash in the hallway on the fifth that needed to be thrown away but that did not happen until the cleaning staff got there also the breakfast buffet could have been better it seemed like it wasn’t as good as it usually is

The Valet gentlemen were superior. Friendly, efficient, helpful, cheerful, quick and conversational. Jermaine, Milton and Nicholas were exceptional. I wish one could find that type of service in all business dealings.

Would have liked to have been on a lower floor but we travel a lot and understand that is not always possible. The road noise from Martin Luther King was a bit loud but again we understand that most of the hotels were in the same location.

Good location to explore the city. Old town and the waterfront are only a short walk away.

The only negative point to mention is valet parking. At this hotel there is no self parking option. You have to use the expensive valet parking. As an alternative you can use multiple parking lots for a much more affordable price that also offer over night parking (24h/29$) which are located around the hotel.

Beds and rooms were very comfortable. Great location and beach access. Were able to walk to so many restaurants, walk to live entertainment, etc. Staff was very friendly. Ability to have breakfast, lunch and dinner if desired. Access to the convenience store.

Paying for parking.

Just a five minute walk to River St area. Keyless entry into your room along with check in/ check out and room selection thru the Hilton app. Comfortable lobby/lounge was a plus. Comfortable room furnishings and nice walk in shower. Having a room safe was also a nice feature.

$45 parking, we did not use. City parking garage was a short walk from the hotel for $20.

Modern hotel with quality common areas, perfect cleanliness, good room size

The hotel is located at a busy intersection and the glazing of the windows is only simple, as is customary in the US, so all night is disturbed by loud traffic noise. In Europe, such a hotel would not be allowed to operate at all, in the US it is a normal standard, like most of a much lower standard than in the EU, but that's the way it is.
