We loved that it was just on the edge of downtown and closest to City Market. Much easier to get your car in and out of the area. We also used the valet service so we didn't have to worry about finding parking on the holiday weekend. We arrived, parked, walked around and caught fireworks, no problem. Probably one of the easiest trips we've ever taken. The facilities are great too. We definitely made use of their pool table and enjoyed the bar before heading out. The beds were also very comfortable. Overall this was an excellent stay with a great price and location, especially for this area.

The elevator is a little slow, but the stairs aren't bad.

Everything was fantastic. The staff were welcoming, the whole place was very clean and modern. Many facilities, including an indoor swimming pool. Room was impressive, gorgeously decorated and everything we needed, including coffee and water. It was well situated within Savannah historical district. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back.

Parking would have been expensive, but we were aware, so we parked around the corner for a fraction of the cost. Breakfast wasn't included, but there are many lovely places in Savannah to eat.

the carpet in the room was dirty it was very dusty behind the beds the bar was never open no breakfast was ever offered they only had apple and another fruit for sale and we should never be charged that much a day for valet 70 dollars for 2 days that should be apart of the stay I was definitely looking forward to the karaoke that never happened that’s the only reason I chose the hotel for the amenities that I never got to enjoy I have a lot of ideas maybe they should call me

The staff was super helpful and as busy as they were they seemed to remember my name. I had questions and they easily answered them. It doesn't seem like much, however even the little things add up. It was a friendly and enjoyable stay.

Charged for my room at different daily rates. Tried to call the hotel, but no answer. It bothers me because I, like many people, are on a budget. The difference in the charges for days for a Booking.com room seems a bit much to be honest. It would be easier to see the daily rate the same rates.

I liked to location in the city.

I paid an additional fee for breakfast and it was not worth the additional expense. It was performed off a TV menu that was just above the vending area. It consisted of 9 different types of breakfast items that had to be ordered at the front desk. Did not like the drop off and pick up area. I circled the building twice before I just parked at the gas station next store. Need signage to direct your customers.

Staff was very friendly! Location was perfect.

Room could have been a tad cleaner. Rug needs replaced, contact lens stuck to the bathroom floor, shower inside door needs a cleaning squeegee that reaches to the top. The lens did give me a chuckle. Been there, done that.

Rooms were very clean and modern with a great view out of huge windows.

The poor valet fella was overwhelmed. There was only one person working and he was being fussed at when clearly doing his best. We too were frustrated because it took a while, but it wasn't his fault - needed additional help in this area.

The hotel was really nice. The pool was fun and location was great

They only thing i didn’t like was that there was no bar or breakfast food available.

Charisse at the front desk was awesome in her professionalism, knowledge, and care of visitors. The front desk and those working the surrounding were great.

The housekeeping could have been better It appeared they rushed into my room leaving a few new towels, and soap. They never left new water or coffee cups. Also, no new coffee only decaf. Not everyone drinks decaf. Perhaps, they are short-staffed like most industries.
