The business was able to accomodate us quickly due to a last minute cancellation by a previously booked hotel. They were gracious and kind during our stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the late check-out at 12 was exactly waht we needed after scrambling the night before while we tried to find somewhere to stay on a very busy weekend. We appreciate the availability and we will be using this hotel during our next stay.

The room we stayed in had a bit of mold in the shower along the bottom seal. I feel that was just due to excess moisture. It wouldn't take much to clean it up and reseal it.

Breakfast staff was overwhelmed but had great attitudes and excellent customer service under the circumstances. The children in our group enjoyed the breakfast and so did we enjoy the convenience and the quality. Add waffles to the menu and add more staff to handle the crowds. Staff was excellent with our pet, we loved it! We'll stay there again!

More staff to handle the breakfast crowd, add another half hour to honor the groups. For the evening hour, add another bar tender, she too was overwhelmed.

Great location, walking distance to major attractions! Great breakfast choices! We especially appreciate the concierge service. Being first time in Savannah, she gave us great suggestions, and we have really enjoyed the city! We also enjoyed the free cocktail every evening!

The room was not very clean. The floors were actually quite dirty, first night we were there, there was a false fire alarm at around 9pm. We all went down to the first floor and found out by words of mouth it was a false alarm. No one was in charge in informing the quests to return to the room. It was quite chaotic!

It was specious luxe suit, clean and welcoming. Pleasant team welcome! Great opportunity for car parking. Silent stay, good sleep Epic lobby!

I was looking for hotel to be closer to the historical part of the city. It is in walkable comfy distance, but it takes a few streets (6-10min walk) to reach historical parts. Not what I expected following advertisement. It was a pleasure to finally find some warm hotel breakfast - thank you. There is an opportunity to pump it up with some cheese, some more food choice, fresh veggie bar or etc. Strong atmosphere of hunted house - I find it romantic and as a plus. But if you are sensitive to that - long empty hotel halls abd retro elevator might trigger you

The room was very comfortable. I especially liked that the separation of the bedroom from the living suite - a small but elegant and efficient touch. Also, we arrived in almost a monsoon and was allowed to check in 1 1/2 early, which we really appreciated.

The breakfast was good, but the staff was short and they ran out of many things even coffee before closing time. Coffee should be accessible at all times during the stay.

Breakfast was very good. The saltwater swimming pool was small but very clean and pleasant. Location is good. We walked for most of our transportation, and also use the trolley bus which picks up very nearby. Generally the area felt safe, but I would use more caution if walking at night

The parking garage is a little confusing. The drink vouchers and free snacks were cute, but we didnt use them. Honestly I’d prefer just a little lower price point

we love Embassy Suites and have stayed at this location before. both times it was wonderful. the rooms are gorgeous and the amenities and awesome. The bed was super comfy!! The breakfasts are top notch! The location is perfect for us, with family living close by. it's very easy to get to the downtown attractions, from the hotel. We will definitely always choose this hotel when we visit.

I honestly don't have anything negative to say about this hotel.

The hotel is just on the edge of the Historic downtown area. We had chosen it because of its location to the Event we had come to attend. Didn’t make breakfast the first day but did the second, it was awesome.

Only complaint I can offer: Day we arrived room was a little warm but didn’t think anything of it. Next day we had walked the city and came back to freshen up for dinner, room was really hot then. Maintenance came up to check AC, found that a previous guest had closed most of the vents in the room. AC worked great when air was able to make into the room.

Location.

Well. It seems my room was under a washing facility. I heard spin cycles at 6 a.m. in the morning, sounding like a freight train. Not a goo d wake up. Will never stay in that room again. The person at the desk told me it was near the staff service area. The elevators. I don't know. 2 out of 4 days, I got pretty good sleep with the help of some melatonin. They had a lot going on with the family reunion. Overall, the location was great. We enjoyed Savannah..

We missed breakfast the first morning and attempted on our last day. We waited in line to make an order for an omelet, there were 3 seperate people placing an order in front of us ( it was busy). When we got to the kiosk to put our order in the cook leaned over & said it will be 40mins before we would get our order yet he didn't say that to anyone before us or after us. Like I said it was busy....I don't think it was a race thing because he was also black. Nonetheless we went to I hop......sorry this is what I didn't like. What I did like was check in, it was awesome . We were told about where to park, breakfast and the complimentary 2 drink in the restaurant and we were also given a list of other places we could eat in walking distance.

The room was clean & really nice but there wasn't a good connection in our particular room, there would be drop calls due to the bad connection.
