Clean , spacious rooms with coffee/tea maker . Easy check in - out. Park at door, check in and drive across the street to garage parking for 15 dollars overnight. Right in the historical district and easy walk to all the wonderful places restaurants bars etc. that are nearby. Nice in house bar with food we didn't know about before our evening walk about, so didn't eat but had a drink on our return and was fun. Highly recommend.

Room was located in a quiet section like I requested. I had 3 issues incl plumbing with tub & toilet & a broken refrigerator. All three were fixed within minutes of me reporting to the staff. I Far exceeded my expectations. The air conditioning unit was easy to adjust for comfort at night. The location was wonderful especially for those who can handle walking distance locations. Easy walk-up using stairs to my room. Came in handy when one elevator was out of service.

The beds were too soft & would benefit from replacement from all the wear & tear. I found the refrigerator labeled with "not working" on a piece of tape as soon as I arrived. It would have been nice if the woman who checked me in had reviewed what lobby facilities were available. A quick review of what was offered could have been helpful & would not have taken that long.

Facility was clean and the location was great. Room had a fridge and coffee maker. It was fairly quiet area but still a 10-15 minute walk to the river area. We found nice coffee shops and restaurants within a block or two.

paying $30 a night for valet parking. There is a parking deck across the street that charges $5 a day on the weekends and $12 during the week for overnight. We parked our car on a Friday and left it till Tuesday and paid less than $30 total. We booked this hotel because it had a restaurant and bar but after we booked we received a message that the restaurant was closed (and has been for some time)

I liked staying here. I used the email I received after booking online to check in online. My request for an early check in was quickly granted. Once at the hotel, check in literally took a minute - swipe of the credit card and giving me the room keys. The room was very clean and so were the linens provided. I opted to NOT pay the per day parking cost because I was staying Fri-Mon and the garage steps away from the hotel has a max daily cost of $5 on the weekends. Otherwise the max daily cost is like $15. Despite not needing any assistance its worth noting that they have a bellhop who is ready to assist if ever needed.

I have no complaints, everything went well. It was disappointing that the bar/restaurant was not open.

The TRYP was a great choice for our recent vacation. It is close to the tour buses and in walking distance of everything in the historic district. There are some great restaurants just a block or two away. Our staff was welcoming and we had no issues. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, and the mini fridge actually kept things cold! I would definitely stay here again!

It might have been nice to have the restaurant open on weeknights, but there are so many wonderful places to eat in Savannah that it really didn't matter.

The location was in walking distance to most attractions and restaurants. It was clean and comfortable.

Parking was not free. However there was a garage across the street from hotel. Suggestion would be for them to offer a discount for their customers to park there. The restaurant downstairs was overly priced for the food. It took an hour to get one order and they ran out of one item in our order. However, the cook added an item to replace the missing one and there was a new cook so it is understandable.

Location is great, very close to historic area and the river. The staff was kind and attentive and the beds were very comfortable. They valet parked our car right out front which was super convenient.

No breakfast event though there was a serving area. No self parking option. There was a bar but it never opened.

Staff was nice and helpful. The A/C and fridge did not work. Lady at desk quickly gave us another room and everything worked

No where to park at hotel, had to pay for parking, price was more than what you got. Would have been nice to have at least continental breakfast, decent coffee condiments/selection, and voucher for parking with the cost of the room

The location is great - in the historic district- and it's an easy walk to many restaurants and attractions downtown. Modern furnishings in hotel lobby and rooms.

I wish there was complimentary breakfast. Cleanliness of the room was just ok (some areas had visible dust- furniture and carpets, the toilet had some stains).

Everything met and exceeded our expectations. The staff was awesome. We were greeted by name at the front desk. The valet drivers were the absolute best ever. The only thing I had an issue with was the staff does not "refresh" the rooms during your stay. My OCD will not allow me to get in a bed that has not been made. Other than that it was the perfect place to stay.

The staff will not Clean your room during your stay not even upon request.
