The staff were amazing. They were welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. Every time you walked in or out they had a smile and a kind word.

The pool area could use a thorough cleaning and the outside front should be swept daily.

The location is excellent to enjoy a short stay in Savannah. We just walked across the street to get the Old Town Trolley tour and use the visitors center. Also within walking distance to the SCAD Art Museum. The hotel restaurant and bar was convenient and good on the night we checked in late in the evening. The staff at check in and the valet parking attendant were very helpful. The room was large, clean and nicely appointed. Its was a delightful 2 nights stay.

Breakfast is a little haphazard here, one day a lone barritsa in the cafe to get us breakfast, the next day we had a server , but it took a long time too have someone bring out our food. There are very limited choices for breakfast, even if you pay ahead and have it included on your hotel reservation.

Very noisy at night. Felt like we were at a car race all night on Saturday. Between race cars, motorcycles, police and just people partying in the street, we didn’t get to fall asleep until 4am. Need better windows to keep the noise level down. Sunday was much better, getting to sleep around 11pm.

Good location Good sized room, comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Pleasant lounges.

Staff at reception could have smiled and provided more information.

Great location, easy walking distance to most of the downtown sites. Had some issues with the tv, had to call the front desk twice, but the second time, Andre can and fixed it. He did a wonderful job.

Would have like to know about the valet parking fee upfront. $40.00 a day, but you can come and go unlimited times.

Great location, friendly and accessible staff. Loved the night swimming I was able.to do my last Nighy once they fixed the pool. Loved the water station at front desk. Great lobby and courtyard

Pool was not maintained. Half full and dirty until our last day of visit. Room needed to be wiped down more. Visible sain on wall by toilet.

It smells Amazing the min you walk in, and in the room, everything was super clean. Comfy beds! It was a short safe walk to the town and all the foods and shops.

We had a street facing room, and im personally a light sleeper. So all I heard all night was loud cars and beeping, just all the noise.

Thoroughly enjoyed the staff. They were excellent to me, my parents and my children. They went above and beyond. Breakfast was extraordinary! The establishment was immaculate and welcoming. I will be booking again!

There was nothing I didn’t like about the establishment.

The location was perfect for our visit to SCAD! Everything was within walking distance or close to a parking garage. Next time, we want to plan a trolley tour since they're also across the street.

The water pressure wasn't very good in the shower but the heat was great!

Very clean and modern hotel, very comfortable and close to the historical district. 12 minutes walking to everything. Very nice staff. Nice pool, room were big enough for all 4
