Situated about 10/15 minute walk from downtown Savannah, we were happy with the hotel. Our room was huge, extremely clean and very comfortable. We used Liberty Street car park to park our car which is very close to the hotel. The Savannah Trolley Tour excursions start from the nearby visitor centre, just a short walk away too, which was very convenient. The hotel bar was open in the evenings there were also some food options. Overall, a good standard of accommodation and comfort.

I think the staff on Reception and in the foyer could be a bit more friendly and welcoming. A smile costs nothing. They answered my questions and explained what we needed but everything seemed like a bit too much effort for them, especially on our arrival. Shame really, because the hotel is lovely.

Our room was bright and Clean, hotel was well located to explore Savannah historic district and river area on foot.

Parking - hotel advertised parking but it was extortionate price from an outside valet company who didn’t have any information on where your car would be parked and just drove off to a random part of the city. Would advise parking in Liberty street car park across the street for $20 per night

We stayed for one night. The place was very comfortable and clean. The front desk girl was very friendly.

It took the valet parking person 20 minutes to bring up our car and there was no one else waiting. It cost 40.00 for the parking and there is a parking garage down the street that we found out about which was very cheap! Don’t pay for parking!!!

Stayed here with my mother for a weekend getaway for Easter. We loved the location, close enough walk to all the action but not too close, so you are able to sleep without all the noise. Easily walkable to River street, DOT transit, and restaurants.

When we first got there, the room we were placed in had dirty linen and stains on the couch. Also the shade to the window was not working and we were not told by the receptionist lady. However, once Sean arrived to work and took over, our room was immediately changed and he showed us amazing customer service. Also, you are not allowed to change the room temperature. You have to call the front desk and have them change it for you. That is an inconvenience and we were never told about this by the receptionist lady when we initially checked in.

The location was great for downtown. We were minutes away from everything. The room was clean, well lit, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and the Bluetooth mirror made getting ready so much more relaxing. The makeup removal rag and wipes were a nice touch and the shower was hot with a steady water pressure which is normally worrisome for price efficient hotels. The walls were thick and we couldn't hear anyone which was also awesome especially for downtown. On top of all of that there is a parking garage right next door. If not they charge $35 for valet parking which is super convenient. Will definitely stay here again!

I did originally book through booking.com and they way overpriced it when I saw the comparison for the actual hotel website. I suppose this is still not really a complaint because what the hotel charges directly versus what booking.com does is more of a doable price point for the location and amenities.

Breakfast wasn't included though I did have breakfast one morning I was there and it was fair for the price. Really found the location convenient to walk throughout the Historic District while also being close to the freeway, close to transit connections. Liked the room set-up with a daybed couch - great to relax on.

A couple things for cleanliness - the shower could have been a little cleaner and at least one of the towels was not really adequately clean. Not significantly problematic but noticeable.

Room was comfortable, clean and perfect for our needs. Location was great- very walkable to all attractions/restaurants/shops that we wanted to visit while being removed enough to be very quiet. Check in and check out were both very quick and easy.

There weren't a whole lot of extra amenities to enjoy at the property (no pool, the hotel restaurant/bar area was a little disappointing), but ultimately did not hamper our experience too much since we were mostly exploring outside of the hotel anyway.

I loved how clean it was and how spacious the room was. The beds were very comfortable.

I was not pleased with the billing process. My card was charged for the entire stay plus a hold, which I understood.. but then extra holds were placed throughout the stay which were not clearly explained and took several days after I left to eventually be cleared. This added stress to my stay as I had to make several inquiries at the front desk.

This is a beautiful hotel with a great location, walking distance to everything: 20 minutes to River Side, 15 minutes to Old City Center. Rooms are very nice, plenty of amenities ans toiletries. It.s also pretty quiet. Great value for money. They also offer valet parking for 39usd per night, but if tou want cheaper there is a garage right on the next corner. We parked with them so I don't know how much cheaper was rhe garage.
