The service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly from checking in at 2am and having help to our room and then back down to the truck in the morning. Breakfast in the Cafe was delicious.

Great location on riverfront, incredible building and interior design

Carpet was pretty dirty, we got real black socks when walking on the carpet, they really need to get carpets cleaned (more frequently); when we needed to change the room due to some dirt complaint (which was resolved well) we waited for like 20 min on a bellboy and called twice to help with luggage but he never showed up so we changed room ourselves in the end - nothing you should be doing at this standard & rate of hotel

The atmosphere and the convenience of the shopping and restaurants

The only thing was how the valet put the wrong ticket on my vehicle plus they were different ones from last time It seems that some didn't even care especially when you needed your car to have to inform them twice also there was a time on the elevator and employee kept getting on and me and other guests was trying to go to our floors he would reroute down to the bottom and having us to have to wait for it to go back

The rooms were clean, roomy and the a/c was very good. The staff were very friendly and polite.

The shower floor was very slippery, and we payed extra for a late checkout the night before and when we got back to the room the card would not open the door, even though we were back before the regular check out time. Then it took 45 minutes to get into the room, after two trips to the counter down stairs to scan the cards twice a person was sent up to the room to open the door.

This property has it all. Location right on the river. Rooftop pool was amazing! All onsite restaurants were unique and exceptional. The lobby featured some cool and beautiful fossils and stones/ gems. We noticed something new to look at every day. The location is very walkable to the downtown area. I highly recommend staying here.

We wish there was special access to the roof top bar for hotel guests. However waiting in the line was well worth it.

The location is great! So much to walk to. And so much to do on the property. Excellent selection of restaurants.

We were told we had a view overlooking the inside and our room ended up being right next door to Ecentric Moon’s grass landing bar and below the rooftop bed. The walls vibrate. I would recommend not renting that room or when checking in giving a disclosure of noise.

I enjoyed everything about our stay. The hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly and the amount of things to do surrounding the hotel was nice. I liked that a lot of things were in walking distance.

I wish they would have told us that being on the 5th floor meant loud music until midnight or later. It wasn't a deal breaker but I think it's worth mentioning.

Everything was wonderful! From check in to check out!!! The concierge staff the valet staff were friendly and very accommodating. Everything was top notch! Beautiful scenery artwork. Definitely worth another trip!!

The only thing is we got a room with interior view ( that was my fault because I didn’t check before booking). A room with a view of the river would have been perfect. However, we weren’t in the room that much anyway.
