overall.. ok when i arrive i was told the room I booked didn't exist and was just charged more... apparently high room with a view is an option for more money however doesn't exist... one elevator worked and the hotel was very sold out this made movement very taxing so we just took stairs from the 6th floor a few times.. small complaint but again for what you're spending... upon arrival to our room there were dirty socks still in the floor and the AC didn't work. They cleaned the socks and fixed the ac on day two of our stay. The room was fine, showers were great, staff was phenomenal however for the amount i paid in acceptable sadly

cleanliness/condition of the facilities

Clean, comfortable, and close to places we wanted to visit.

Cost of valet parking; there is public parking less than a block away that is half the cost.

Beautiful hotel, terrific location. I felt welcomed by staff who were very friendly. I would like to particularly mentioned the chef at your restaurant. Unfortunately I can't remember his name. He was a middle aged African American man. As he came out of the kitchen, he saw me standing there and we engaged in small talk. When I mentioned that I was from Los Angeles and had lost everything in the Altadena fire, he showed great compassion and offered to comp my breakfast. I was so touched by his generosity. Throughout my stay, your employees displayed so much hospitality and that is what will linger in my memories of enchanting Savannah.

Everything was great! but I wished the restaurant would open for lunch as well.

Never had breakfast there. We loved the drinks, they were delicious! Person at desk, Starla, was great - friendly and knowledgeable. Concierge service was great and had lots of info on what to do, times, and where to go.

No decaffeinated coffee. Would have been nice to have a continental breakfast. Also, hidden cost was the $25 per night for things you normally get like cable, water, the “free cocktails” and cup of coffee in am. The mention of fresh fruit in the morning for breakfast turned out to be a few oranges. All of these amenities were mentioned, but until you got there, you had no idea you paid extra for this ($25/night). The valet parking was very high @ $48/night.

The room and common areas of the hotel was beautiful and well kept. The house keeping staff was courteous. The concierge was friendly and helpful. The valet attendants took very good care of us. As two older ladies traveling together, we appreciated the valet service so that we didn't have to search for parking or take chances in a dark parking garage. The price was amazing! I will be back!

We were given drink tokens for the bar which was an unexpected surprise, however, I was later told that there was a different drink menu for tokens. I would have preferred to have half as many tokens for the good drinks. I had to use mine for Coke.

The property was well kept The room (king suite) was very nice & clean The front desk staff was not very nice on check in which unfortunately lowered the first impression of this hotel. I also probably given the worst located room - immediately by elevator on lowest floor facing noisy street, after the unwelcoming greeting this really didn’t do any favors for my impression of the place. But I was too exhausted from my travel there to fight for another room at that point. Valet crew was great. Restaurant staff were nice but they seemed a bit short staffed so were overwhelmed with the breakfast rush.

I drove for 2 hours at night trying to find the hotel because my phone died and the car I rented did not take my type of charger. It was night. I finally had to get the Savannah police to escort me to the hotel. Construction was covering the way everyone was telling me to go. We had two fire alarms to go off at the hotel. The restaurant was very slow so I decided not to eat in the restaurant. The parking was by valet only at 48.00 per day. I am disabled and it is difficult for me to walk any distance on concrete. It was in a good location for the city market if you could walk

love the location we walked everywhere!!! i also loved complementary waters and they gave u wooden chips u could only use two a day to get free drinks at the hotel bar. bed so comfy! the shower was always hot even after all of us showered. they had valet parking so u just pulled up and they parked u and there was a link u clicked on to receive your car so we always did it early so our car would be ready the time we got down there and didn’t have to wait. the rooms also got really cold and i loved that!

someone on our floor was smoking something that isn’t allowed anywhere actually lol. so our last day there our room just smelt so awful.

Location, staff, and amenities were great. Loved having the drink tokens for each night. We had 2 left over, so we gifted them to another guest on the way out. The hotel is strategically located between River Street and the squares downtown. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, and they loved on my dog!

The only downside was the noise from a bar across from Ellis Square - we could hear their music and feel the base from the music from the bed closest to the hotel door. Also, there were not enough valet drivers on Sunday - probably the biggest travel day of the weekend, there was one guy working the desk.

This property was excellent!!! The staff was exceptional from check in (I really meant to get her name again before we checked out but we left super early on our last day🤦🏽‍♀️) to maintenance. Everyone was very polite. The location of the hotel is perfect from the riverfront and next to Franklin & Ellis square. The is a $25 historic district fee (included in the price from booking.com) that the hotel offers 2 free drinks per day of your stay redeemable at the hotel bar; free coffee & fruit in the morning; and free WiFi! Not to mention the hotel is dog friendly!!! We will definitely recommend and stay here again!
