The restaurant was under staffed, I believe because we had to wait 25 minutes before someone came. Other people were leaving. The next morning I had to find the man in the suit to seat us. We waited another 30 minutes and ended up eating somewhere else. As I looked around, other people where leaving too. Sad because I looked around and there was only 3 tables that were served at that time. Not busy at the time we came in. Grumpy looking suit guy that seated us.

Restaurant fell short. Loved everything eles. The door workers were amazing. Greeted you and opened the door for you. Offered water. Never had we stayed at a place that was so inviting. I will be coming back.

The location, the staff was amazing. There was champagne and chocolate in our room with happy anniversary card. The roof top and river front restaurant were both good. They gave us $30 credit per day towards food/drink to offset a $30/day fee. I felt safe because you couldn’t access room floors without key since elevators took you up to roof bar and back down to river. We had a very pleasant stay!!

Great location, and great front desk and valet service employees..

No one cleaned my room during my stay, but someone from housekeeping did actually come in my room at 8:15am even with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. That was a huge disappointment.

The location was amazing and the rooms were beautiful and spacious! We were greeted with a smile everyday by those in the lobby and the champagne toast each night was a pleasant surprise!

The staff at the rooftop bar unfortunately was less than welcoming.

we liked it was walking distance to most of what we wanted to do. Cedric was awesome, and informative.

Didn’t like that we had to use valet parking and that the parking wasn’t onsite, plus pay an extra $48/day to park at a hotel we were already paying $500/night to stay at. The servers were not very attentive at the rooftop bar.

Staff was outstanding! Overa quality of stay was excellent

The package included breakfast. We had two breakfast meals (expensive; $60 each). Upon checkout, they would not/could not give us credit for the meals...we had to pay for them. They asked us to contact management to resolve issue, which we did not have time to do. It's not worth the effort to call by phone long distance and wait on hold for a management person to resolve. The only part of the stay that was not excellent

The Art was beautiful the room was amazing, clean & very comfortable we loved our stay and staff was helpful friendly and everyone was so eager to help you find your way or talk about the history!

The price is a lot for them not having a pool and breakfast not included . Also the jacuzzi jets were not working and I on the picture it shows my room had a balcony but it didn’t .
