The property was clean, in a good location for walking in town,and secure. The space was quiet and the fully equipped kitchen was great. The check in and out instructions were easy to follow. A good value for the money.

We were asked to take out our trash upon leaving(not mandatory) but the building had no disposal facilities. Also we received notice the air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly only after arriving even though the problem seemed to be months old based on customer reviews stretching back to April. Thankfully the weather wasn’t too hot so it wasn’t a big issue.

I arrived at the room , I was assisted by the virtual front desk. They sent the code 30min prior to check in . I got into the room/apartment , I guess the atmosphere was different from like a hotel . So it didn't feel as cozy. I went in checked my bed and I noticed spots and stains on the sheets , I immediately notified the number that had been communicating with me and they had a nice lady come make our bed with brand new linen. Other then that our stay was good. They also gave me a 100 gift card for the inconvenience and I thought that was very nice. Thanks for everything Kasa.

The lobby and elevator could have been clean.

The location was great and the space was perfect for 2 people. The bed was comfortable and we loved being able to do a quick load of laundry. Access was easy and convenient. Staff were very responsive, even bringing us a French press when I asked about a coffee maker (they provide steeping coffee bags, but I wanted to brew grounds I had brought).

We would have liked more towel hooks in the bathroom. A small stool or nook in the shower for shaving legs, as well as more shelves for toiletries (I had to put all my items on the shower floor). A coffee maker, pour-over, or French press in the kitchen. The USB ports on my side of the bed didn't work. The blackout curtain didn't cover the window fully. A second luggage rack. These are all pretty minor things.

What I loved most about the property was honestly the location. Its location is ideal for a first timer visiting. Also, I felt secured and safe as well.

I understand the property provides washer and dryer; however I prefer to not have to do laundry on my vacation. Wish they provided more towels and pillows/pillowcases as well. It was three of us and we needed more towels and pillows. I did contact the host and she brought me additional pillows and a blanket. I truly appreciated that. Also, remember Savannah is old and the building itself is pretty old, so there is a smell. Just purchase some air freshener or Frebeeze.

We had a spacious, quiet apartment room with great location. Very tidy and comfortable. Also the bed was excellent. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also very nice. I’m usually very picky but this was a great spot! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The kitchen could have a few more forks and spoons. Also some more surface space in the room and a few more hooks in the bathroom would be nice. We had a room without a couch; having one in the room would be a great addition as there is plenty of space for that. But these were very minor issues for us.

This was a good find in a convenient location in downtown Savannah. Hadn't heard of or used Kasa before, but I will again. Their entry and check-out instructions were simple and clear. The studio apartment was large, clean and very comfortable. Kitchen appliances were new and easy to use.

Kasa could have been a bit more transparent about the late check-out options, which weren't shared until the day before we left. It's also rather inconvenient to have to pay to leave your bags nearby when early check-in isn't granted before 4 p.m.

Location was much better than expected. Very comfortable. My only complaint would be not enough TP. It really wasn’t much of a concern with a CVS right next door. The process was very easy to get into. Virtually no human contact. We were able to extend our stay due to a storm. The process was flawless to extend. Loved the stove and refrigerator many restaurants were closed due to the storm we eat well and go grocery’s less than a mile away and on the free bus route!

Just the TP but very minor we will absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in the area!

Location was great for the ferry across to the convention centre and nearby bars, restaurants and historic buildings etc. Kitchen was really well equipped but no nearby stores to buy groceries so I wasn't able to make use of it. TV only worked for mirroring phone.

The last day of my stay was disrupted by very noisy neighbours (even at 5am) with a barking dog. The building also had a funny smell.

the property was very modern, clean, and spacious. it had a full kitchen, dining table and the mattress was VERY comfortable. the property had extra towels, tea, and kitchen items. the location was the center of everything so easy walking to places.

online description saying there’s no parking, which really wouldn’t be easy to find, but we got luck and there is a few parking spots right in front of the building and just paid for it all day and its free at night. would also be nice if they provided a brita for water!

Great location, super central which made it easy to pop back in with shopping/to get changed during the day or in the evening. Air con was a welcome relief, exactly as expected, very comfortable visit.

The only thing I'd say is that whilst the apartment was clean, there was dust on the fan over the bed so we didn't use the fan (which wasn't needed anyway due to the aircon) but that's just a small fyi
