My room was gorgeous and had so much character, plus the perfect connected patio for my dog to easily go outside and a table and chairs to enjoy wine after a long day exploring. We got snacks with each refresh from local spots and had to check them out for more. The Byrd's cookies were the best! Everyone was so sweet to my dog Maddi as well and welcomed her home every time they saw her. They offer a free glass of wine or beer each night and parking on-site included in your room fee which is a big help in historic district where parking is either very hard to find or very expensive. I will be staying here every time I visit Savannah.

No cons. Everything went amazing!

I liked the location, the staff, and its feel of being able to feel at home. Jennifer was very helpful, inviting and friendly. My room was spectacular giving the feel of history in the living. The location is great and allows you to walk everywhere in Historic Savannah. Having the Tandem bar and Debi's restaurant all right there made it even more enjoyable. The bar made great drinks at a very fair price. Debi's restaurant, which is downstairs, had a nice quaint feeling with a warm and inviting staff. The service was great, the food was wonderful, and the price was right. I plan on revisiting beautiful Historic Savannah again and no doubt plan on staying at East Bay Inn!

I wished it had not been work related and wished I had brought my wife with me. I plan on doing so in the near future. Maybe try to visit during Christmas! I would love to see it during the holidays.

The view of the park out the huge windows was beautiful. River street is right across the street and you can walk almost everywhere! There is a bar and restaurant right next door that serves breakfast and lunch which is very convenient and good too. On arrival we got a free drink coupon for one drink each night of our stay. There is free coffee in the room and lobby as well. I loved having the extra living area in our room to relax in. The bed is very comfortable too. The decor is pretty and the inn is well maintained.

If street noise bothers you (it doesn’t bother me) you probably won’t be happy. The Inn is on Bay Street which is a main road. They do give you ear plugs if that works for you. The room could use a good dusting but otherwise was clean and well serviced.

I loved loved loved staying here. The hotel has that historic Savannah charm. The inside was beautiful, the staff was so friendly, and the rooms were even more beautiful; I loved the high ceilings. There is free wifi, complimentary sodas, you get a free drink voucher for the bar for each person over 21 staying in your room EVERY night (how could it get better than that), and you also get discounts to the restaurants that are associated with East Bay Inn. The location is incredible since you are a 5 min walk from river street. We walked to all the places we wanted to go and never walked more than 10 min to our destination. I loved this place and I will be staying here next time I'm in Savannah<3

What I didn't like- having to leave lol

The ceiling height and interior brick walls gave the room a great vibe. Bed was very comfortable with nice seating area. Room had nice size refrigerator for leftovers.

The fan in our room ran all the time if there was any air or heat on. The fan only had auto and on functions and it never stopped running. Made the nights quieter but prefer not to have fan blowing over me all night long in the winter. Would prefer to have small microwave in room since it has refrigerator. The Keurig coffee make was unnecessary since there was free coffee in the lobby.

The room was very nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable and I loved the bedding. Great location for sightseeing.

Just a couple of observations: the sink in the bathroom drained very, very slow. The room was dusty on the top of furniture and under the bed. We had the impression that the "amenities" were free, so we took 2 bags of popcorn. I didn't see the bill until I was home and noticed we were charged $30/day. I think that needs to be explained better upfront.

The rooms were spacious, beautiful and comfortable. We had a river view which was amazing and they brought up champagne per my request and also let us check-in early. It was a wonderful stay, parking was easy and free and I wouldn't have changed a thing.

If I had any cons, it would be the street noise is definitely audible. The rooms weren't loud but if you're a sensitive sleeper or someone who is easily annoyed by noise (aka, a Karen) you might not like it. I am not that way so I didn't have a problem with it.

We have stayed there many times traveling up & down the east coast. The staff is professional & friendly, comfortable rooms & individually decorated. Pet friendly & charming with on site parking. Convenient location. We only stay 1-2 nights as we are traveling.

We haven’t stayed on the 3rd floor before and although our room was lovely, the carpet felt damp. There was also a musty odor throughout the hallway.

Location is very walkable in the Riverfront area. The bed was very comfortable. The A/C worked very well. Staff were friendly and helpful after they got off their personal phone calls.

The restaurant in the basement for lunch and breakfast is sub par for a high end hotel. There was a lot of street noise. The afternoon happy hour was a $3.50 discount on a drink in the bar.

The hotel was in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The bed was very comfortable. They had water and drinks available all day long. It was very convenient.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like per se. The overall size of the room was a little small in comparison to other options in the area, so I felt a little cramped at times.
