Location was exactly what we wanted...North Beach and just steps from the ocean. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was efficient and friendly. Price was fair for the accommodations.

Too much overhead foot traffic in the morning. I wouldn't recommend "North" apartment for this reason. I think it is directly under the dining room and kitchen of the B&B upstairs. Very annoying if you want to sleep in.

The room is actually a nice-sized, one bedroom apartment with stove top, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and lots of pots, pans, plates, bowls, and silverware. Off to the back side of the kitchen is a small washer and dryer tucked away in a large closet/storage area. The bedroom closet was also spacious. All in all, a lovely cottage apartment on the ground floor within short walking distance of the beach and staff that will go out of their way to make your stay even better.

The bed was a little soft in the mattress, so I found sleeping sitting up in the bed to be a bit more comfortable. The carpeting in the bedroom had some stains, but was not dirty. It just looked worn, but you can expect that when staying near the ocean no matter how ritzy the accommodations otherwise. I wish the shower's water flow could have been adjusted, but I think it was set to be environmentally sound.

Well we were placed in a suite that was not what we were hoping for. No beach views and very dirty room in general. The ladies at the front desk were quick to accommodate our hopes and needs. The beach view room we got we perfect.

Had to switch rooms. But this was not a bad process at all. The ladies at the front made it all quick and easy.

Location was great, oceanfront access. We had two king suites located next to the hotel in a B&B. The rooms were connected which was great for family. The courtyard next to the rooms was private and shaded. One room had a bigger kitchen with a range top and counter seating. The other had a bigger living room with an efficiency kitchen.

Parking! There is a small parking lot in front of the rooms. If no parking available you have to park across the street, 4 lanes of traffic not ideal .

Great location on the beach, could walk to restaurants, wonderful ocean and beach, friendly staff, there is a pool ,and although we were in one of the Beach Garden rooms we were able to enjoy the breakfast in the hotel lobby.

Parking is tight and we were asked to park across the street, housekeeping was hit and miss, and room was a little beat up especially in the shower.

many studio apts, roims, etc...large complex....staff excellent...studio missing a few kitchen items but didnt cause us a prob ..Staff on checkout said they would ensure more china, utensils etc...we will be returnung next Thanksgiving for 4 days....Pool but weather was cool and rainy...town is super. .great resturants and stores galore!!!

We like having all the amenities of home and it was very close to the beach. It needs a new dust pan, lol , we did tell them but other than that oh and the feather pillows on the couch could be replaced. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Needs updated silverware. And spatulas.

I liked the location. The old home feel from the front of the building was cool. The beach was beautiful.

The heat in the pool wasn't on the first 2 days. You couldn't open the closet door because the night stand blocked it. There was no window in the bedroom. The only window in the living room you could see through was in the door.

The property was gorgeous and within a 2 minute walk to the beach. This property location is unbeatable. A short walk is all it takes to get anywhere around, from shopping to great food, to the beach and the ocean. The privacy that this property provides is great also. Staying here tricks you into thinking you live on the beach before you snap back into reality. The suite was wonderful and felt like home.

Cute little bungalow. Quiet place right by the ocean. Breakfast at the hotel which is rare for beach hotels.

Would have enjoyed our stay better but my wife was ill during half our stay there. This has nothing to do with the hotel. It was very nice place.
