The location is excellent, very close to the beach. The room is spacious, as well as the terrace, which has garden furniture and a hammock. There is a sea view from the terrace. The reception staff is very friendly. The price-to-quality ratio was good.

The apartment could use a bit of refreshing, and they are poorly stocked with kitchen utensils. For example, in an apartment for 4 people, there were only 3 forks.

It was 100 feet to the beach.had a view of the ocean from the porch. The room is plenty big for an extended stay. I didn't use the kitchen, but it looked adequate. Has a stacked washer dryer, didn't use it either. I would stay here again. I didn't see any bugs in the room.

It didn't bother me, but the parking spot for the room is tight getting in. a big vehicle will have trouble. You can park at the main building, though. There are no curtains to keep it dark if you want to sleep in.

The location. Spaciousness of apartment. Two bathrooms. Plenty of beds. Balcony furniture. Elevator when we needed it. Kitchen amenities. Multiple televisions. Bath soaps, shampoo, etc. Though we didn’t use, it was nice to have washer dryer available. Large dining tables, indoor and out.

There was no dish soap in the kitchen (we supplied), dirty dishes in the dishwasher, some kind of styrofoam mess on the floor in one of the bedrooms, uncomfortable couches in living room. Could have used some kitchen towels and potholders.

Location was great. Breakfast was minimal continental breakfast. Staff was very friendly and worked with us to hangout even after we checked out.

Was not as clean as I would've expected. Dead cockroach in the kitchen. No trash bag for the kitchen. Deadbolt lock did not work. Upstairs tenants can be heard very easily.

it was beautiful and appeared to be fairly well maintained.

the only negative I would have to give was the 2nd bathroom in terrace 3 needs work. the floors were a little spongy, tiles cracked, the shower head was teeny and even though the pressure was good, the flow was fairly sparse. definitely need some updated, nicer, bigger, shower heads.

All was great.

It was almost impossible to get into the parking garage. Some cars were illegally parked. But even if they were not, it was very hard to park on the garage. But it was very convenient to get to the condo.

Mainly quiet and restful; lots of room for everyone. Great access to the beach!

The parking situation was horrible. There was a blue truck illegally parked which made getting into our assigned spot extremely difficult. The problem was reported 3 times including photos of the situation with no relief.

Great location, great view, and the staff was wonderful. Kirby was at the front desk and made check in easy. She gave us recommendations on local food and drink and was spot on.

The internet didnt work.

Kirby was fantastic! Best hotel desk clerk I’ve ever experienced! Took the time to explain to us what there was to do that was close to the hotel.

The property was clean and spacious. Bed was so comfortable. It was 47 steps to the beach.
