The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Check-in was super easy and the property was very clean. Our room was clean and very cozy because when I laid down for the night, I was out 😴. I definitely would recommend this place and I would definitely stay there again when I'm in the area.

What I believe could have been better is that during the whey hours of the morning, the room above us sound like the people above us were fighting or throwing each other on the floor. This went on for about thirty minutes to an hour. Then it stopped for about an hour. 🤦🏾

The night clerk on June 13th was exceptional. The tv in my room would not work. She came twice and the second she found a solution. I was already resolved that we would not have tv that night. She went over and above. Kudos to her !!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY loved my stay ... the staff was PHENOMENAL including the accommodations/attention given from management during a reservation mishap. I would aa DEFINTELY return and recommend this location for EVERY trip to Waynesboro.

The only issue I had was that there were a group of children in the room above me that the staff didn’t deal with in an effective manner- in my opinion. They gave me a different room when I asked, but I feel that I should have needed to ask. It was like I had to fix the problem myself by switching rooms. I spend more for the better hotels to avoid these kinds of issues. It was the first time getting out since my heart surgery, so I found the situation extra stressful.

The staff was friendly and it was conveniently located just outside of Waynesboro proper. The food was good. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

The price was extremely high. Likely, this was due to booking last minute but it cost 2-3X what other local hotels cost.

The breakfast was delicious. The pool was nice but needed to be bigger. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was nice and helpful

The facility had a small pool, but it was clean. The hotel needed more security on duty.

Everything was very nice from breakfast. Room cleanliness was excellent. Location was perfect.

Bed frame was a little noisy. Mattress was a little too hard for me. The Iron didn’t work but guest services replaced with working one.

We loved our suite. It was very spacious and clean. The room made us feel like home away from home which was nice because we needed a quick get away. We appreciated the modern amenities in the bathroom,

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast area was great and comfortable. Loved the fruit, eggs, sausage and oatmeal. There was something for everyone.

I wish there was a second chair in the room. It would have been easier to make 2 people more comfortable.
