The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Check-in was super easy and the property was very clean. Our room was clean and very cozy because when I laid down for the night, I was out 😴. I definitely would recommend this place and I would definitely stay there again when I'm in the area.

What I believe could have been better is that during the whey hours of the morning, the room above us sound like the people above us were fighting or throwing each other on the floor. This went on for about thirty minutes to an hour. Then it stopped for about an hour. 🤦🏾

As dog owners, I enjoy having no carpet in the rooms. Plus, The size of the room was large and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast variety as there were good choices for all dietary needs.

Like most hotels, the toilets are too low. This is a problem for elderly people or those with hips or knee issues. I would have liked a better selection of herbal teas.

Nothing bad, actually. Dinner in hotel may help easier for stay. It should be natural for those local people but my friend suggested not to walk into bush avoid dangerous species.

How clean it is. How nice Craig is at the front desk. The cleaning staff is so so nice and polite. I stay there every time.

The jacks to charge a phone or tablet are loose and don't hold the cord very well. But most rooms are like that.

The night clerk on June 13th was exceptional. The tv in my room would not work. She came twice and the second she found a solution. I was already resolved that we would not have tv that night. She went over and above. Kudos to her !!!!!!

The staff was friendly and it was conveniently located just outside of Waynesboro proper. The food was good. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

The price was extremely high. Likely, this was due to booking last minute but it cost 2-3X what other local hotels cost.

The only issue I had was that there were a group of children in the room above me that the staff didn’t deal with in an effective manner- in my opinion. They gave me a different room when I asked, but I feel that I should have needed to ask. It was like I had to fix the problem myself by switching rooms. I spend more for the better hotels to avoid these kinds of issues. It was the first time getting out since my heart surgery, so I found the situation extra stressful.

The breakfast was delicious. The pool was nice but needed to be bigger. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was nice and helpful

Bed frame was a little noisy. Mattress was a little too hard for me. The Iron didn’t work but guest services replaced with working one.
