The hotel was very clean, the location was great with many shops/restaurants within walking distance, the grounds were very well kept, the music in the lounge area, the tables for eating and games available in the lounge area, the self-service laundry with pods from the front desk, the pool and lounge chairs, the different areas of the lounge chairs, the beach behind the hotel, the friendly staff, and above all - loved the ambiance by the pool in the evening with the fire pit glowing and different colours of the pool under the starry night!

The parking was a bit tight, however there was a lot of space behind the hotel.

Location was great! We opted for the room upgrade to the newly renovated area and it was a great choice for a family of 4 to have a little more room. The staff was very friendly, loved the filtered water stations, and the pool furniture was super comfortable.

The onsite restaurant appeared to be independent of the hotel but offered guests a small discount to eat there. What it majorly lacked in customer service, it almost made up for in taste- it was delicious, but served with almost disdain for the customer (not just us hahaha)

This hotel is a find. No question about it. It is on the ocean. It has beach access. The staff is super helpful and nice. The Tante Island Cuisine as part of it has great food and drink. Across the street Casanova's Italian does, too. Shopping close by. The views are to die for. Pool looked great. Fire pit and BBQ available. And when my partner woke up sick this morning the staff helped me to help him. We did manage to leave today after they extended our stay. Frankly, I would come back in a nanosecond.

The staff was really service minded and did a good job keeping the place clean. The location with its own beach as well as the pool surrounded by the rooms was very nice. I will definitely recommend it to families.

The rooms besides the pool are a little worn out and the air conditioner. The renovated room in the adjacent building we later upgraded to was a bit noisy since the outdoor door to the floor made a big sound when it was shut, which generally took place from early morning to late night. The above mentioned things should be easy to fix though.

The pool and grassy area was great to hang out at and recently updated. The staff was really great! Stayed in the upgraded room. It was very small but clean and comfortable New split A/C unit worked great. Tante's Restaurant, the food was delicious, great price for the food portions.

Theres only three washers/three dryers and one washer and dryer was down. Besides that, it should be 24 hours accessable. Especially for familes where you wash clothes after your kids fall asleep. This would be perfect if the hours changed!

Great location near the airport. Unfortunately, their airport shuttle doesn't start until 6am and we needed to leave by 5:30am. Reasonable hotel price in that area. Fine for one or two nights. Our room, 102, was recently updated and was nice, including upgraded patio furniture, compared to the others we saw. Nice pool and right on a small beach. Attached restaurant gives 10% off when you show your key. Nice under counter sensor nightlight comes on as you walk toward the bathroom. Friendly, professional staff.

Room 102 is quite small with room only for one medium suitcase to be open at a time. Very limited storage for those staying long enough to unpack. Recent update includes a chair that is too large for the room and just in the way. No light switch near the door and switches on the bedsides are too high to reach from lounging in bed.

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the view and scnery at the pool and the beach. However we've only stayed for one night and we really enjoyed . We stayed in a new room with upgrades spic and span nice fixtures I love it. The satff was friendly and helpful. Its very accessible to the stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would stay again because its right next to the water and you can't beat the view.

The only thing that I didn't was the pool was crowded . Were hoping we could relax in the pool for awhile .That's all.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The view of the mountains and ocean are lovely. Pool is nice and central. The hotel lobby was well appointed and the staff was friendly.

Older facility. Have renovated, but still the rooms felt older. Paid parking. Hotel is on a major road, which is convenient, but less walker friendly. Restaurant that is attached to hotel (and received 10% off) was clearly overwhelmed when we went for dinner.

Such a nice hotel, so pretty walking in and seeing the water. The bed was actually one of the most comfortable beds we have slept on! Also, the hotel was very quiet, good insulation! The energy when you arrive lots of people around having fun but once it got dark out, quiet and peaceful! The outdoors was sooo nice, we sat by a beautiful fire pit and enjoyed. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable and inviting.

Room was perfect size for the family, clean and comfortable, its centrally located near many stores, outlets and eateries, outstanding restaurant right next-door, and located close to airport. The Manager, front desk staff all the way to the maintenance, security and maids are all very helpful, friendly and courtesy. Very family-oriented hotel

Parking is very tight especially if you have a big vehicle, the lot is always full, but it could be because of the restaurant patrons, this is the only downfall. You are allowed to park next door at the Maui Beach lot with your hotel placard displayed, so it was workable.
