Convenient and spacious.

Buildings is in need of repairs/renovations especially for the rates that they charge including the interior needs to be updated. No leeway of a late checkout. Very firm.

It was connected to a larger resort with a beautiful pool, bar, hot tubs, and beach access… no swimming but great for walking.

It is old and could use a face lift. room smelled like mildew especially in the bathrooms that do not have fans.

We really liked the location and the front desk staff, they were very helpful. We also enjoyed using the pool and spa at the Outrigger Resort--that was a nice bonus. And we also made good use of some beach chairs and a bamboo beach mat out of the storage shed, so thanks for that.

#1-The internet didn't work for our room--we had to sign in to a different room to get working internet. #2-There were no basic ingredients in your kitchen. I would have loved to have had a salt and pepper shaker. #3-More hooks and a drying rack for our swim suits and the beach towels would have been very nice, there weren't any places for us to realistically air dry anything - we were able to use the washer dryer though. #4-The TV/cable and remote situation was confusing to use, some instructions/pictures would have been useful. #5-The mugs in the kitchen too small! They could barely hold 6oz. We went to a local thrift store and bought two larger mugs to use while we were there.

Pool was nice. Two screen doors onto a large lanai. Two full bathrooms!!! Offer to use another facilities' pool. Too bad offer did not extent to exercise room also. Suppose if used the pool, might have access to the pool bar also - did not try though. Close to town. Tennis courts were nice but we did not use. No parking fee is great.

Beach wasn't the greatest with all that driftwood. Could not see the sunrise from room. Wife complained about cleanliness especially mold in bathtubs which she complained and someone came to clean. ROOSTERS kept yapping so wasn't that quiet!!!!!

The staff was wonderful! Welcoming and they had a free activity or offer each day.. mai tais, lei making, shave ice, etc. ) Our AC quit working and they had it back on asap. The location and access to the neighboring resort with better pools and restaurants was nice.

The property was older and the door was a little tricky to open with the wristband key. I think they should update the door locks to work more smoothly. I liked having access tot he neighboring resort but I think they should be more clear about the daily resort fee that is added on at the end ($21 per day) at the time of booking rather than just mentioned at check in.

Stay in beginning of November with parent. Good fully equiped appartment, with big kitchen (with induction). It was clean. Parking space was available (after payment). Even place to sit outside. On walking distance of the resort. Swimming pool of own resort or nearby resort could be both used. Just across the resort (10min walking) you have the sea.

After many request, the staff couldn't provide a late check-out, which was inconvenient. Also insects were quite annoying (in- and outside).

Loved the location. The property had all the amenities I needed and was an easy walk to the non-swimmable beach which had the most beautiful sunrises. Everything we needed (except for a mop) was supplied. The front desk ladies were wonderful.

The floors tended to get dirty easily from the sand and beaches, and there was no mop to clean it with. I wish it could have gotten cooler in the villa as well.

The unit was very clean, very spacious and had a nice layout. I could live there comfortably after decorating it. The staff was very friendly. Being able to walk to the resort and use their beautiful pools and restaurant was great.

The unit was very sterile looking, very little artwork on the walls, no rugs on the hard tile floor, no pillows on the furniture, no real color. Although it was clean and had everything we needed, it was not warm and colorful like most Hawaii rooms. The jacuzzi was not accessible during our stay. The beach is not swimmable so you have to drive to a beach to swim in the ocean.

Great location and comfortable accommodations.

Our villa looked nothing like the photos we saw online…ours looked blah and dated…I was a little disappointed when we first walked in but it turned out to be very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed staying there.

Location was great. Unit was good sized and well stocked and clean

2 nearby buildings were being worked on. Check in did not give us all details of inclusions and restrictions. Did get needed info upon request after check in. Had an issue with tv in bed room and front door lock. All issues were taken care of efficiently.
