Overall we loved our stay but that was more the fact the hotel was beautiful on a beautiful part of the island. The room we had was large with great amenities. They provided refillable water bottles. The rooms were cleaned twice a day and towels always replaced. The property was on Wailea beach and we were lucky enough to be there during whale season so every evening was filled with sunset watching and seeing whales leap from the sea. There were great choices of pools with good food options.

I have to admit we were a bit disappointed with the staff at the hotel. We’ve stayed at many four seasons and was expecting this one to be just as good considering the hotels brand values but the majority of the staff left a lot to be desired. The valet guys at the front overall were okay but there were particular ones (a guy with a ponytail) who was particularly dismissive and you could tell only wanted to cater to the big tippers even though we made a point of tipping every time we picked and dropped off our cars. He would watch us pull in and continue standing talking to colleagues then try and help. The pool service staff was much the same with certain members not wanting to help us either. It was quite disappointing and overall at times we felt a little unwelcome.

This is a large hotel and sometimes felt crowded (e.g., needing to queue before 7am to get a seat next to the adult only pool). Possibly down to personal preference as we generally prefer to feel more private.

Everything was exceptional. The buffet breakfast was loaded with a great variety of items to choose from. The resort staff went out of their way to make sure our needs were met, from our room attendant to the pool and beach accommodation staff.

Throughout or stay, our sleep and restful periods at night were interrupted by some type of maintenance or construction to the rooms or facilities around us. A slight disturbance that may have been unavoidable, but non the less mentionable. Our room was booked a Garden Room but with mostly views of a vegetable garden and a view above the hotel valet entrance and reception area. The room itself was very nice and comfortable with amenities and awesome housekeeping.

Wonderful hotel in a great area. Is not a resort far away from everything. Wailea is vibrant and full of options, with restaurants, shops and diferent beaches. Stoning natural beauty . There is a beach in front of the hotel, where you can dive with turtles and see the wales , effortlessness, they are just there. Sunset on the beach or in the Italian Ferraro’s restaurant in incredible

The rooms are spacious and the service is excellent. Room was the cleanest I’ve seen so far (granted, this is the first luxury hotel I stayed in). Very family friendly, the resort and the staff were very accommodating for my son.

We visited during renovations, there were construction noises during the day but we were warned in advance and we spent the day at the pool anyway.

Price per night (1000€) is totally out of order. It is equivalent to a water Vila in maldives with full board included. 400€ for a dinner… Maui in general is overprized

It’s a beautiful hotel with amazing food and drinks. The staff are extremely nice and professional, they welcome you with love. We had our wedding in Maui a day before so when we arrived at the hotel a nice gift waited us in our room, which was really a cute surprise! I loved every minute we will come back for sure! :))

All staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. They can't do enough for you. It is expensive but worth it.

It was the best stay ever! The staff pays attention to every possible detail. They even remembered that I mentioned my sister got engaged and offered us a complementary drink. The facilities are wonderful, the staff is the best, and the beach is beautiful. Would come back anytime and very much recommend staying here.

Everything was perfect.

I thought everything was super nice. The entire hotel staff was very courteous and helpful at all times.
