The location was incredible! The beach, the sunsets, the palm trees, the views, the oceanfront path. The slides and pool was unreal. It was perfect for my family and my mom's 70th birthday celebration with all the little cousins.

The lines! There were lines at Lolou the casual coffee shop every morning there were lines to get wrist bands. Even though we were there 3 nights, you had to be there 4 nights in order to have a multi day wrist band so every morning we all needed to wait in line to get a wrist band and towels. After waiting in line for breakfast then waiting in line for wrist bands it made each day feel like the whole vacation was going to be spent waiting in line.

Eautiful setting

The adult pool was full of children often more than less. They charge $65 a night for Valet parking but they are horribly understaffed and getting your car is always delayed. To call ahead and ask for vehicle is a waste of time as they answer seldom and when they do their response is they are too busy to take your ticket #.

Hands down the most gorgeous grounds and pools you will ever experience. best place to take kids with over six waterslides and the best lazy River and rope swing. staff go above and beyond to treat you like royalty. dining at HumuHumu is a must. try the Mac crusted mahi mahi.

for such an opulent setting, the rooms are really sparse and the two pillows they give you is like sleeping on concrete.

I didn't like the "valet only" option for parking. I didn't like the Breakfast buffet style at HUMUHUMUNUKUNUKUAQUA restaurant. it seems overpriced for what they offer.

Top notch facilities Staff trained really well. Another world. Everything thought out including the facilities gardens and rooms.

Entertainers in.bar could improve,. Also can't they sing some Hawaiian songs? . Luau food was good but it was only warm by the time it was served.. The entertainment was excellent, particularly the narrator. Swimming pools and slides are wonderful 👍

Loved the beach and lazy river. Room was spacious and comfortable with beautiful view of ocean and koi pond beneath our balcony. Comfortable bed. So happy to have a bathtub. Service was excellent.

Limited food menu poolside. Construction took away from the opulence of the hotel but noise wasn’t bothersome so really can’t complain. They only offer valet parking at $65 a night plus tax and tip. I found this upsetting when paying such high nightly hotel rates. This should be included with the room.

The location! The pools and the beautiful resort grounds

Some items are in need of replacement such as balcony chairs and a fresh coat of paint on balconies. Until those things are replaced and redone I think it’s over priced.

Outstandingly well-kept grounds, superior sculptures (esp Botero &Leger), diversity of uncrowded pools, koi pond below my lanai, friendly bar staff at Humu and Molokini, ideal location.

I missed experiencing the resort at its best due to construction,. Prices pushed the envelope. Navigating took time to learn, and inevitably a great deal of walking.

Location was great, the grounds were immaculate, the friendliness of the staff. We will be back.

The price was a little high but once we got there, it made sense. On-site washer and dryer would have been great because we were getting wet/dirty everyday with pool, beach, hiking, and waterfalls.

The grounds were amazingly beautiful and well groomed and clean. The beach views were my favorite.

TheI felt the rooms were just ok, the shower pressure was lacking.
