The price was very good for my stay, the staff was very nice and eager to anawer questions. I needed a handicap bathroom and they were very quick to show me one on the first floor, easy in and out. This was a good location for Me. I was there for several services of a loved one which had passed. Met with family and friends every day, several also stayed at this location. Breakfast was average. The Facilities nice and clean. The bed was also nice, I was able to rest well. I would stay at this facility again while visiting friends and family in the Chicago area.

Perfect place for my visit to the area. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff are great, clean towels and room drinks supplies were easily available. Housekeeping even tidied my things around the sink as I'd rushed out with no time to do it myself, it was nice to walk back in to it like that. Good choice at breakfast and plenty available. The shuttle to Midway was available and arranged for the time I needed. Special thanks to Vicky on the reception desk who was friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

Our truck broke down so we stayed here for three nights while waiting for the mechanic to do his thing. Super clean and comfortable hotel room and bathroom. A/C worked great and location was quiet. Friendly staff no matter who we spoke to. Housekeeping did a great job. Loved the free coffee, tea, and cookies! The lobby was always kept nicely clean too. They also have guest laundry services, coins only but front desk can give you coins in exchange for cash. $2 for washing machine and $2 for dryer. We ordered pizza from local pizza restaurant Aurelio's and it was delicious! You can order delivery directly through the restaurant and they bring it to your hotel room. If you need to extend your stay they are unable to do it at the front desk, you have to do it online and let front desk staff know before 12noon check-out time so you can keep your room and so they can give you a new room key. We did ours through Expedia and everything went smoothly!

Breakfast was alright, they do have some hot food options but they are cheap, unhealthy mass-produced quality and unfortunately other guests grab large portions not leaving enough for other guests. Also A/C in lobby and breakfast area is a bit hot.

The hotel was quiet..Very strict no Marijuana policy. Comfortable, clean room. The hotel location is not far from food, gas, and other necessities. Breakfast was pretty good.

The only complaint I guess I have is i could not check in early. I arrived a little sooner than expected. Check-in is at 3 pm, and I arrived at 2 pm. I had already prepaid for my room, but the young lady on duty said the hotel was sold out, and I would have to wait. I sat in my car until 3. Other than that, no problem.

The gal in the front (Vicky) that checked us in was outstanding. She was cheerful & smiling as she multi tasked. Always appreciate excellence in any field. Our stay was everything I had hoped it would be. The location was convenient, clean & the charges were reasonable. If we return to the area Baymont will be our choice.

The young lady who checked us out had some attitude but that's just her nature. Could have been better, could have been worse.

Check in was easy. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel was quiet. Lots of chain restaurants close by.

Breakfast was just ok. Not crazy about the paper thin egg patties, yogurt was no longer cold by the time I had breakfast, and the waffle maker undercooked my waffle. Checkout was a real pain. There was nobody at the desk, and I had to wait over five minutes for anyone to show up.

The young man at the front desk was very polite and helpful.

It was just our first room t.v. didn't work. When we told the front desk he tried to help get the remote to work but just couldn't make it happen. Eventually after about 30 mins he finally offered to move us to another room. It was a queen two bed standard room instead of the king but I just appreciate him helping us.

A simple property

Check in lady came into my room @ 8am first night left out for 3secs came back in while im sleep and left again…thought that’s what hotel phones are for not decoration & she knew I did not leave because when I checked in, I gave 100$ in case I smoked and gave my vehicle info for lot purposes. I never left so it was zero excuse on why I’m seeing her in my room.

The staff were very kind and friendly. The room was decent. It was quiet. Location is close to several stores and restaurants. Breakfast was cool. Free parking Accepts cash deposit

I left out to go to my car and when I came back it was obvious someone had gone into my bag. I hadn't requested housekeeping and I left my bag a particular way. Nothing was missing. There was a lingering mold or water damage smell. They come up and check your room before processing your deposit, it's kind of an assumption everyone is smoking in the rooms.

The cleanliness outside the hotel was amazing being able to drive into such presentation was phenomenal. Then walking into the lobby seeing how clean it was, and then smelling the clean freshness in the atmosphere was top tier. You should really update your online pictures because it did not match what I had received. Guest services (staff) was just amazing. Y’all are awesome keep it up!
