Welcoming front desk staff, beautiful and clean rooms. I felt very comfortable during my stay.

Very minor; it was more convenient for me to park at the rear of the building due to the location of my room. The rear entrance wasn't as well kept as the front entrances. The trash was overflowing during my stay and there was trash on top of the canister. It just wasn't as polished and inviting as the rest of the entrances. But again, this is very minor in comparison to the wonderful stay I experienced.

LOVED the pool!! The stores and restaurants I wanted were in good distance. I wasn't bothered.

At check-in I was originally priced at a completely different cost. On the website it said $420 would be what I pay, but when I got to the counter I was told $600+. The lady at the desk was trying really hard to help, but the it was just not adding up to me. Also, my toilet seemed to have "brown" spotting around the bottom. Not a lot of channels. Room was cold majority of the time.

The place was cozy and clean, perfectly suitable for a business trip, which was the purpose of my stay. However, if you're planning to visit Chicago, be prepared for a 40-50 minute drive to the city and about 30 minutes or more to the airport. .

The room was right across a conference room, so it got noisy early in the morning

I loved that pool went to 6 feet and it was warm!

The only things we didn’t like were the fact that we’re a few cobwebs in the room that can easily be taken care of and that we weren’t told at check in you had to request turndown service. This was the first hotel I had stayed at that we had to ask for it so we went the whole trip without and had to ask for towels everyday or take them from the pool area to shower with.

It's wasn't bad travel and it was a really good hotel the staff was great the only downside was the beds are NOT Queen size beds They are Full size beds and I had a double room for my spouse and I and our 2 girls but they didn't tell us they were full beds they are really soft beds as well but they didn't mention that they didn't have Queen beds in the double rooms which was what we were expecting but the staff was amazing for the most part anything we needed they brought right away and they were really good in the pool area as well with keeping it clean and stocked with fresh drying towel but I would stay again I really enjoyed myself

Room and bed were excellent. Staff was excellent.

My room was next to the ice machine. It can be noisy at times, especially at night. Recommend it be in an enclosed room.

We are from out of town and were attending a birthday celebration for a friend. Facility was in good shape and our room exceeded expectations. Bed was comfortable and towels were nice.

In room coffee service did not seem attractive. Had a light dinner in the lounge and it was not very good. Selections of wine was ordinary and overpriced.

I did not utilize the restaurant or the pool so I am not sure of that. I was there to attend a conference. The conference rooms were very nice.

The carpet on the floor throughout the hotel seemed a bit worn and dingy.

Hallways need to be updated Hair that wasn’t mine in my bathroom shower and sink

Upon entry it was very clean, smelled good, they had plenty of parking spaces, quiet in the lobby, nobody hanging around the main entrance and a very friendly and accommodating staff who greeted us right away the minute we walked in.

On the 3rd floor the hallway carpet looked dirty and noticed a smell but not in the lobby area and would have liked a microwave in the room. My stay was great and I will recommend the hotel and certainly return.
