The staff was so great! Friendly and would help in any way they could! It was a remodel in progress, and you could not tell. It was quiet,conveniently located. The young man called me by name when we walked in. It was wonderful!

Didn't get a chance to eat breakfast Saturday or Sunday when I came down at 8am there was nothing left and they didn't put out anymore food

Not enough food and someone was smoking in the room and we had to leave out and wait for the fireman

The Saturday evening staff, I believe her name was Destiny did a great customer service job. As the system was malfunctioning and not addressed by the day shift personnel she did a wonderful job in accommodating us. She went upstairs to verify empty room availability to be able to get us and my daughter and her family rooms next to each other as that's what we booked. It took a while to get checked in but that was not the employees fault it was the system failure.

Liked the shower, bed, TV and reservation !!

The price was a little high for 2 people for 7 hours total time spent without breakfast. Ask for a 4:45 am wakeup call and received NOTHING !!!!

Customer service was amazing. We were immediately greeted and the person working was very kind and helpful when we experienced some technical issues.

The room smelled weird upon our arrival and the smell Lingered for our entire stay. And the bathtub was very dirty or had some very visible stains.

Close to campus. Close to the Junction restaurant. Bed was comfortable.

More tv stations. Wish we had another chair in the room to sit in, only had a computer desk chair.

Excellent service beds were very comfortable very clean and also that the tv has Netflix my kids love it

The lady night manager was awesome. After trying and failing to get a Lyft, Uber, and Taxi, we were out of options to get back to the airport. She offered to give us a ride as she was ending her shift. Took 4 of us, baggage, and did not want to be paid. Her car, her gas, and her time after a long shift. Awesome and rare to find anywhere today.

Bed were clean and comfortable.

There as no breakfast. Staff did not keep it stocked. Staff members was rude
