I really appreciate that the pet fee was only $10 and that we had a first floor room by the door traveling with our dog. And I greatly appreciate that the front desk was wonderful about handling noise from upstairs from an uncontrolled child running and jumping until 11:30 at night. We waited from 10-11:30 hoping the running and jumping would stop and they would go to sleep but finally called the front desk. The took care of it right away. I was pleasantly surprised.

The staff was very friendly and the facilities were clean.

Our door did not lock. It was ok for us because we were only staying overnight and leaving in the am. We could lick the door from the inside but couldn’t leave the room alone with our belongings inside.

This hotel was very nice and comfortable, and the staff were absolutely amazing. We accidentally left two coats in our room and they shipped them back to us free of charge! Cannot say enough good things about this hotel and staff

Friendliness of exceptional. Cleanliness was exceptional.

Property is much need of update. Lighting in bathroom poor. Switch for heat light in bathroom did not work. Threshold plate on elevator filthy.

Accessible ŕoom. Mattresses uncomfortable. Staff very friendly

Fire alarm going off for over 1/2 hour at midnight. Told it was only a short again! AGAIN!

The lighting in our room was terrible. We had to use our phone light to retrieve items from our suitcase. Also very difficult to locate the switch to turn lights on and off.

It was a great location. It was very clean, and the breakfast was very good. we met friends there and the use of the breakfast room was awesome.

The first desk person was not friendly at all, seemed like we bother him when we checked in.

Property was clean and comfortable but a little dark the way it was furnished.

The Motel 6 next door, and across the parking lot, had some shady characters standing outside all night long.

the front desk clerks were very nice and helpful. the breakfast was good and the attendant was friendly and helpful. the bed and pillows were comfy.

the pool was ice cold

I booked this hotel because it was conveniently located to the venue that our event was being held. I was glad that it was met all of our expectations for cleanliness.

There wasn’t anything about our stay that I didn’t like.
