I have to admit - while the carpets and wallpaper is very dated, you can tell they keep the place as clean as they can. The rooms are unlike newer rooms, these are very spacious and comfortable. The amenities are great, worth them being a bit dated to have all the option.

The dated carpets do feel a bit dirty - only due to age. I do not think they are unclean.

The staff is fantastic! Kimberly at the front desk went out of her way to accomodate us. Both she and Randi helped me through a stressful moment with my credit card (technical diffidulties). Randi also gave us some pointers about the lakes nearby. Carolyn is so kind! She takes care of the buffet breakfast & keeps everything fresh & clean. Alex checked us in- he is such a polite young man, and the cleaning staff is great. Gave us extra towels, etc since we brought our granddaughter with us this time. We'll be back during our next fishing trip. The staff made us feel at 'home'. Thank you all!

For a family with kids, this was a great hotel to eat and rest while we were on the road. The queen suite with two queen beds and a sofa bed gave us plenty of room. We made use of the indoor pool and hot tub in the evening. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was good. There were several different selections, which makes for a better experience. The assistant was a hard worker and she made sure her breakfast selections were presented attractively. The customer service representatives were very pleasant and helpful. I like the location of the motel. There were a lot of general shopping stores around there and restaurants or fast food places to eat.

I loved the property Close to restaurants Venue and shopping Kids were rowdy at the pool. But kids are kids the whirlpool water could’ve been warmer. I do water therapy for my hand.

The overall room was nice and comfortable. Bathroom was great for a disabled person like myself; grab bars in the right places. Nice amenities such as coffee maker in the room. Very quiet so good acoustics. Breakfast was adequate; nice fluffy scrambled eggs and sausages. Nice breakfast area.

The toilet handle was loose, so I had to push it in to get it to flush. Didn’t tell the staff because I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t want to be bothered. Bed was a Little too firm for me. For the money I spent, they could have had a few premium channels. I tried to watch ESPN stations and was unable to.

Was easy off and on by the highway, tufted in an area that had restaurants that were walkable. The hotel was nice breakfast was good and the bed was very comfortable.

The male check-in clerk was very short with us, no friendly greeting or smile, more interested in his door Dash food order then helping us check in. The bathroom could use better lighting for women to put on their makeup.

The Jacuzzi Tub in my room was my favorite. The bed was real comfy. Plenty of space in the room. The staff was friendly.

The breakfast was OK. Could change it up from day to day at least on the weekends. The interstate right out our window sucked.

The breakfast could have been better. They only had coffee for a hot drink. Tea or hot chocolate would be a nice addition.

I had a glass of milk from the breakfast bar and it was warm. There was not sugar free syrup on the breakfast bar. Did not have much in the fresh fruit selection.

The breakfast was good. The eggs were perfectly cooked, not too dry or too wet. They could have used a little seasoning, but I understand why they would be served plain in a hotel buffet.

The bed was too firm for me. Most hotel beds are.
