Very nice looking and well kept. The king deluxe room was nice and comfortable. Everything worked well, lights, outlets, hairdryer, TV. Very clean. The breakfast was good, they had eggs, sausage, gravy, toast, bagels and muffins. They offered coffee, tea, milk orange juice and apple juice. Tip, the muffins spread with cream cheese and honey was delicious!

Nothing to complain about.

I stayed there after my father's burial. I need access to a computer and the staff was fantastic at all levels of my stay which was extended. If I could come up with a word better than fantastic I would. The breakfast in the morning was 5 star and had many options. I wouldnt stay anywhere else even if my business was within a 50 mile radius. Sincerely Donald R. Garrett the attached photo is of medical records I had to go through of my Father's. Very nice lobby, bar and restaurant . Bonus 10% off on food and non alcoholic drinks in the bar or restaurant. Beautiful out door pool and fire pit patio area with poolside service.

I did not like the upper room having to haul my bags up the stairs, room was very clean and nice but a little small and very small toilet not met for a chunky person like myself lol oh and definitely need bigger trash cans is a must.

I liked the breakfast but it was the same for the three days I ate there. It would be nice if they could add different options each day.

It snowed heavy the night I arrived. Someone was scrapping the snow off the wood steps and deck (above my room) at 4:00 in the morning. It was loud and woke me up.

The location to EIU was perfect.

The breakfast is definitely nothing to write home about but ok. They usually have cookies at the front desk but it was always empty with was unfortunate.

Hotel was very comfortable. They put a lot of work into it and it paid off. Looks great!! The price match expectations question, answer the price I paid I expected worse. But was very pleasantly surprised. This is my go to place when coming through the area again.

Location was on the main street through town. It was easy to find and had a bar in the lobby for a nightly cocktail. Staff was friendly.

They were doing construction on the wing we were staying in and the noise was horrible during the day. Sink drained very slowly. WiFi didn't work in our wing and they couldn't tell us why

I am sure the price was raised because of the demand for rooms for the track meet . And disappointed their restaurant was not open

I prefer hotels like this which have a restaurant and/or lounge on premise. A little pricey, but overall enjoyable.

Not a huge fan of external room access, but not a huge issue. Minor maintenance issues were noted, but also not an issue.

We love the location. Its so close to the university.

It’s definitely not typical for this hotel, but my bathroom toilet was filthy upon arrival. We have never had a problem in our prior stays there.
