I love the grandmother (mother of the owner), and I just love his daughter and son! They are very sweet people; and she goes out of her way to include my girls in things when they’re outside playing with her grandkids like they’re family too almost! It’s nice, makes it feel like home instead of living at a hotel!

Honestly, the housekeeper with the dreads or corn rolls ( whatever they are ) he walked right in my room, without knocking , and a do not disturb sign was on my door! And my room was paid for a week! It was very inappropriate and I’m just happy I was dressed!

Comfortable bed, clean room, well decorated and spacious interior, reasonable price, friendly staff.

The breakfast. No breakfast available at the start of the day except for a waffle maker, some unripe fruit, and pre-packaged pastries. On one of the two days, the beverage fridge was still locked and an employee had to be found.

Very old hotel. Room walls thick. Newer owners are working towards improvements. Bed was very comfortable. Center area has indoor pool (not operational yet), mini golf & nice social area. Much potential & uniqueness are possible!

No one stationed at front desk. I imagine due to low occupancy but better customer service to have someone stationed & readily available. Breakfast was weak. Juice/Milk was in store bought carton where easy for contamination. Cereal was stale.

Our car broke down outside of town. Location was amazing for cheap restaurants, clean clothes, and other necessities just a walk away. Easy enough to walk to the train station too.

Pool was closed

Same manager as last summer. Friendly. She was also the bartender and sang Johnny Cash’s “Hurt” karaoke! My husband persuaded me to sing too. We feel they have kept an old place as nice as possible.

The breakfast was just packaged danishes, but the coffee was ready early and we went to the nearby nice Denny’s anyway. It’s muggy out in the atrium around the closed pool, but our room was cool and clean.

Property was beautiful, the bar/game area was large but cozy, amazing Halloween decorations!! Next time we’ll book so we can enjoy the pool!!! Will definitely be back!

The coffee was pretty bad…

I love its close to my favorite restaurant Don sol. The beds are comfortable and the price is reasonable.

That they took the pool out. On the good side they have a bar with reasonable prices on their drinks.

It is close to the college and the room is comfy. I love how nice the staff is. The swan towel is adorable

There was a musty smell in the hotel but the room was good

Breakfast was good. Room was clean and quiet.

Bathroom had hand towels and wash cloths - no bath towels.

The room had a musty smell that I noticed transcended into my clothing. Prior visits the rooms did not have an odor.
