Conveniently located. Nice facility and clean.

Encounter with front desk staff was very short and seemed rude. Asked for an early check in day before arriving, they noted if possible and would make a note to housekeeping. When arrived staff was short on topic that was not possible, asked about where the restroom were and the response came off as rude and as if it were an issue to use the restroom to freshen up after a 7 hour drive before a graduation we were attending.

Bed and pillows are very comfortable! Like the couch sitting area in suite.

Elevator still not working since my stay in May or June. I was on the second floor this time for a week’s stay and had quite a few bags. Shout out and thank you to the front desk worker (I think Devon) that night who helped me carry items upstairs. It was pouring rain and I was struggling. She was sweet and helpful!

I love my room it was excellent the beds were soft and they were great and so was the pillows I will for sure come back to this hotel the breakfast was excellent as well

Room was very clean and spacious. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast bar was completely out of eggs, sausage, and biscuits when we went at 8:00 a.m. and the breakfast didn't shut down til 10. We had to wait 20 minutes to make a waffle due to there only being 1 waffle iron and a lady was making making more than 6 waffles for her family. There was only 1 staff member trying to keep up with the demand for all of the breakfast food. Maybe on the weekends, there needs to be more than just 1 person cooking and restocking the breakfast bar and possibly considering adding another 1 or 2 waffle irons. Otherwise, the stay was great. I tend to focus on the cleanliness of a facility, but if you're staying at a place for free breakfast, running out of food by 8am is uncalled for.

Clean and well kept! Impressive based on location in a relatively lesser populated area. I've stayed in some sketchy hotels off the interstate, but this was not sketchy! Pool and hot tub were working and clean. Rooms were spotless! Breakfast kitchen was 5 stars.

I love the layout of the space and the rooms were clean. It was my second time staying and they have waffles. Both visits were extremely relaxing.

The elevator was out and it would have been nice had this been clear when booking. It seemed like it had been out for quite awhile. Not sure if it would have made a difference of me booking there or not but I would have taken it into consideration.

Room was clean and had plenty of space.

The elevator was still not working. This is a big inconvenience for other people staying at the hotel, as well as myself. It appears Comfort Suites is taking forever to get the elevator repaired, and working again.

Location was perfect. The beds were great, very comfortable. Check in was smooth and easy.

Pillows were aweful, hard as a rock extremely uncomfortable. Hot tub was not working properly, NO jets just got water. The couch looked dirty and gross, wouldn't want to seat on let alone sleep on.

Staff was super friendly this time, opened breakfast a few minutes early when they saw we were leaving, gave us extra towels at the front desk when we were caught in a rain storm

Clean facility, pleasant staff, reasonable price, convenient location. The night-light in the bathroom ceiling, the door-mounted mirror that facilitates close-up application of make-up & other tasks, & the excellent counter space around the sink, were all above the standards of other places we have stayed.

More bars for hanging towels to dry between use would be very helpful, as would soap dishes.
