not a bad location in regards to working near mattoon
staff was ridiculously rude when checking out, i was on calls and scheduling meetings the morning of check out and cleaners were very rude, however i was 13 minutes past check out when i walked out of the room…no excuse for cleaners banging on the door repeatedly screaming check out is at 11 (i made it known i would be out within 10 minutes) and having snarky comments made as i left. for this reason i won’t be back.

The breakfast was quite minimal. I realize that with the pandemic, perhaps the facility can not offer more--given lack of staff, etc.
The "bouncing back and forth" from the charges given by booking.com and the hotel staff when I had to cancel the first night because snow delayed our travel. There needs to be more flexibility in handling these emergencies--not simply- saying "I did not receive word from the booking agency." I had no idea I was booking with an agency other than the hotel directly. Not a user friendly system by any means--and no consideration for weather conditions completely out of my control (both by the booking agency and the hotel) Get your act together!

Close to highway and to restaurants and stores. Clean and had everything we needed in the room; microwave, safe, coffee maker, mini fridge.
Air conditioner was loud. They required a 250.00 cash deposit, which we didn't know about beforehand, since our actual home was within 60 miles.

The price!
The breakfast was a little lacking. We had problems with the TV. We stayed 5 days, we had to asked for our room to be cleaned and fresh linens on the 3 rd day.

Says breakfast included, but nothing was offered - no mention of it not being offered due to the pandemic. Beds were good enough to sleep on, but not the best.
Location was perfect. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was exceptionally roomy.
