There's a very good restaurant and bar right in the hotel. The food was so tasty! Well beyond our expectations and the drinks my companions received were healthy pours. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were better than average for hotels in this price range. Check-in was quick and the young woman assisting us was very friendly and welcoming.

The tub/shower combination was a bit small, although the shower did have a handheld wand that made the experience better than it would have been otherwise. The couple in the next room was talking loudly early in the morning. We couldn't hear exactly what they were saying, but the soundproofing between rooms could have been better.

I was very happy with the staff. Ryan, who checked me in, was friendly and helpful! The room was clean, as was the rest of the hotel. We really enjoyed the lunch we had at the restaurant. The waitresses in the restaurant were very nice and very efficient.

The swimming pool and pool area seemed clean, but the water was a little cloudy. We were a little disappointed in the breakfast. The French toast was only cooked on one side, and the Southwest breakfast bowl was more black beans than anything else

The beds were very comfortable. The location was very convenient after a long day of travel. The lobby is super cute and inviting.

There was a very strange, unpleasant smell in the hallway of the 4th floor. Fortunately it did not extend to inside our room. The pull out sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable.

the staff was very pleasant and helpful! the restaurant was very nice and the food and staff were spot on. Steven was a very awesome staff member that not only checked us in early even though he was busy helping out for a large lunch group. He also checked in and made dinner reservations for us! very pleased with the service!

there seems to be a lot of “over the ages” damage that has been let go from water soaked ceiling tiles in the men’s room to the over esthetics of the walls and doors. The tape on the doers to show it was cleaned was a great idea but has left a bad residue on all the doors in multiple places.

Location was convenient and it was nice to have a restaurant attached to the hotel. The pool looked lovely, although we did not swim. Rooms were a bit dated, but clean - and the beds were very comfortable. I loved their all day coffee service in the lobby (at least, it seemed like it was available all day!)

the tub shower didn't have any type of grips on the bottom, my husband and I both almost fell as it was so slick. we are both in our 70's so it would be helpful if they did something about this.

Arrived late but luckily the restaurant was still open. The server at the restaurant was excellent, good service and very friendly. Staff at the front desk were also very helpful. Hotel lobby and rooms were clean and comfortable. Good bedding

The cook at restaurant breakfast was horrible first morning my omelette was burnt and next day eggs were raw

Have stayed here every trip between Arkansas and Maryland and love everything about it….most of all the beds are SO comfortable!

It was close off the highway! Front desk people were polite and efficient!

Bathrooms were not so great. Not tall toliets for a handicap room, caulking around shower area very poor. Killed 3 creepy crawlers in bathroom at night.
