Room was clean , staff was great

The hotel has lots of lifeless live in guests. Witnessed drug use and was harassed by a live in addict. The hotel at times wreaked of marijuana smoke, it is a nonsmoking facility. The staff and cleanliness of inside the facility made up for the people living there.

Shampoo was empty. The manager promptly took care of it.. manager was very friendly. Good breakfast.

The parking lot and grounds around the outside of the building need to be cleaned. Needs an interior update.

Aerator in room hand sink faucet created a huge mess on counter top. Had to step over toilet to close door to toilet tub area, much too small. Would have preferred hand sink in a regular bathroom area than in the room. But clean, well maintained overall very comfortable.

Quiet

TV was way to small for a double bed room couldn't see what you were watching. Very unhappy with that and for what I paid for. Pool was out of order. The entire stay. We have stayed there before and TV was bigger than a 32 inch.

The facility was very nice. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The best thing regarding our stay was the staff at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating.

The coffee was good on Saturday, but Sunday was very watered down. Food was ok for breakfast

Carpet was very dirty, needed vacuuming especially around baseboards. The room key would not work on the exterior door to the building. The staff tried to rework our keys, and they still didn’t work.

people in parking lot were sitting in cars for most of the day and till 3 am drinking and loud music they were screaming and felt going out by myself and night the next night a couple were fighting in hall and room next door for hours going in and out fighting and slamming doors very hard to sleep the two nights I was there will have to find new hotel that doesn’t let this go on for hours

It was in a quiet spot liked it not being directly in town it was in a little quiet place bye it’s self.

They where doing a little outside work to it but you really wasn’t bothered by it so there really wasn’t any complaints about it.

The room was clean and fresh. Breakfast was delicious. Nice fresh food.

Pillows were all the same filled with foam pieces I think. Not too bad but not my favorite type of pillow.

Typical motel breakfast with eggs and sausage one day and biscuits and gravy the next. Also waffles, bagels, yogurt, fruit, hot and cold cereal. Staff was friendly, and lobby and breakfast area were super clean. Room fittings such as the curtains and tub area and popcorn ceilings were quite old but that didn't matter to us. Drains were slow but the person at the desk said she would tell the facilities management. The toilet was new at least.
