Loreen was really helpful and friendly. And the maintenance man (sorry, I don't remember his name) was also helpful and friendly. I loved the peaceful atmosphere.

The prices of my rooms with the pool closed and that they tell you no service for 3 days. I am sorry but for the price of my rooms, i should have been the one to decide if i wanted housekeeping or not. I also didn't like the cleanliness of the jacuzzi tub or that the fixtures were loose. They looked like they were going to fall off. And the shower head just hung there, and you could not adjust it.

very good breakfast, better than I expected. No noise , comfortable bed.

No one was hardly ever at the front desk. always had to call “0” from a desk phone. Nothing bad to complain about.

Housekeeper tried to enter the room at 8 am to clean without knocking or acknowledging who she was. Our initial thought was a stranger/intruder. We informed her we were sleeping. She came back half hour later trying to enter the room again. She then informed us we needed to but the do not disturb on the door and she would not bother us again. I travel extensively and I can't recall a time that staff tried to enter my room with saying "housekeeping" and tapping on the door. Luckily we always but the security latch on the door when we sleep.

the pool was being repaired and we were not able to use it.

The property had coffee, cookies, etc. up front for grabs, which means a lot after a long day of traveling. The staff was exceptional, with an easy check in/check out process.
