I really liked the amenities and convenience of getting to my room, even though it was on the top floor and the furthest from the elevator. We had the option of using stairs instead of the elevator. The staff was very helpful with any issues.

We had to have our key card replaced multiple times because they would stop working after 1 to 2 uses. The first time was our fault because we put it next to our mobile phone, disregarding the metal strip on the card, but, regardless of how careful we were with the cards afterward, they continued to be difficult.

I stayed here with my 2 young chikdren for 3 nights.The hotel was clean and very well kept, inside and out. The rooms were spacious, updated and accommodating with a large TV, great counter space in the bathroom, fridge and microwave. Our room had a view of the sunset, which you could also see from the pool area. Breakfast was great, a good variety of options. The pool and area were clean. The staff were very friendly. There was a selection of restaurants and stores close by.

This was our 2nd stay at the hotel and it was perfect just as the 1st time. The general manager and his staff are such kind and accommodating people! We have just booked yet another stay with them. Breakfast is basic but everything is there and the coffee is reallyyyy good.

When we were on our 1st visit in September 2023 we asked for the same room for January 2024. The general manager was kind enough to pre-assign us the room however when we got there the room was not available? So we got assigned another room that was a little disappointing. Please note that there are NO facilities for small children and most guests that we have encountered on both our stays were adults, we didn't mind at all because we do not have children.

Older hotel but very clean and comfortable! Very friendly staff. My room was very comfortable organized. We passed on the hotel breakfast both mornings, it was really more a continental breakfast. All in all a very pleasant stay.

My only issue was calling microwavable sandwiches, muffins from Sams Club and cereal breakfast.

breakfast was a decent continental breakfast with cereals, waffles, yogurts, and breakfast sandwiches. Staff was friendly and attentive. The location was good, close to several restaurants and shops.

the pillows did not meet my needs. I prefer a firmer pillow, these were extra soft and I found it difficult to get comfortable. There was also a pot smell in the common areas even though there were no smoking signs posted all over.

The property itself was clean, spacious and welcoming. The staff (especially Dan, the outgoing manager, and the new manager) went out of their way to make us feel welcome during our stay. They even picked us up from downtown Galesburg when we couldn't get a taxi back to the hotel. Their level of service was outstanding -- a huge thank you to both managers and the rest of the staff!

Everything was to expectation or beyond.

It is/was a tremendous value! I typically do not expect much for $100 rooms, but this property exceeds my “$100 standards”… Rooms and bathroom clean and comfortable, pool, fitness room, ice/vending fully operational; kind and accommodating staff.

Parking lot could be larger/2nd driveway. No mini fridge.

the price was great there are other hotels close by that were a lot more expensive that we no where near as nice. the price and location were ideal for our overnight stay. the office staff was friendly when we checked in and a very quiet hotel.

the pool was cold and it was supposed to be heated. Ice cold indoor pool, was looking forward to sitting in a heated pool. this was the only disappointment.

Close off the highway and located right by the Target. It’s also not far from all the restaurants. Pool and hot tub both in-service and the perfect temperature. Staff was outstanding and so helpful. It’s an older hotel with some new updates, but the price and amenities made up for it. The amount of plug-ins (in the right places) was perfect.

Our shower had a constant drip, but we shut the bathroom door and weren’t bothered by it after that. I also dislike the square bed pillows Wyndham is famous for using.

The personnel are always so friendly and willing to help with anything. We stay here every time we come to Galesburg.

The bathtub faucet dripped. That's it for issues and that wasn't even really an issue.
