Facility was excellent no problem with the facility just have issues with Booking. Com and their charges that were not as described. Paid more than was originally told.

Would of been better off in the end just booking through hotel and not using Booking.com. I was charged more than original quote and issue with booking dates when all I was doing was extended my stay. Cost more to use this service in the end would of saved if I just walked up to the hotel counter and extended my stay through hotel instead of using a service I thought saved money but infact charged more. The hotel itself was excellent.

I didn’t like the caulk in the bathroom was covering a whole in the shower or that heater didn’t seem to work well

The tube the focit on tub was Shakey and away from the wall but worked great 👍

Our room had an unclean toilet. Meaning a turd was already in it. And we found a dirty sock in the room also. Other than that, the beds were made and clean and so was the rest of the bathroom.

We were 12 hours from home . Mom came down sick and they let us check in early and gave her the 1st room off the office so she didn't have to walk far .2nd shift worker was very pleasant and help with all ourr needs .

room was stuffy and hot upon arrival and took quite awhile to cool down. The second floor hallways are noisy with people and kids.

Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Coffee was just ok. Decent A/C
