Affordability and mostly friendly staff.

Vending machines weren’t working on the first floor or were jammed. It is the 2nd time it has happened in as many stays at that location. I got $ back but due to back surgery, I was unable to go to the 2nd level and use those machines until my daughter stayed with me 2 nights and was able to help me.

The place where it is located, right in front of the hotel there is a bus stop. There are so many restaurants close by. The hotel is clean, well maintained and the facilities are in great shape.

Fair price. Good location. Fairly clean room. This is the best Motel 6 I've stayed at. This was my second time staying here, and I will stay here again. I am a woman traveling alone, and I feel pretty safe staying here.

My non-smoking room smelt like someone just smoked in there.. I didn't have this issue the first time I stayed here.

The location was close to many restaurants and an awesome pastry shoppe and relatively close to the Metra (train) station to get to union Station in Chicago.

My hot water was very on and off. Which kinda made showering a pain.

Was trying to have random conversation with guy in am and he kept counter arguing me for no apparent reason The guy I thought was in customer service but all good

It was quiet during the night and the air conditioning was working

The mattress is old and needs to be replaced with a new one also the pillows were not supportive when i rested my head on them

We had a wonderful time here during our stay! Close to plenty of stores and restaurants, and super easy to find! Staff was super nice also! The girl that checked us in was super sweet and helpful, and the gentleman that was there for the night shift was very kind and helpful as well! He helped my husband get his keys out of the car after he locked them in there on accident, he was extremely helpful in helping us get his keys out of there! Thank you so much for the amazing service we received while we stayed there! 100 stars! Will be staying here again!
