Breakfast was very underwhelming.

Did not have breakfast.

When I checked in they did not have my reservation. We were in GA in an intermittent dead zone due to an accident ahead of us when I was making the reservation, It ended up that the reservation was made for a DC area pet friendly Baymont motel instead of Jacksonville. [Am thinking the internet was to blame in the dead zone.]. After clarifying the mistake I was asked to sign & then initial 3 places. I did not have my glasses on & was exhausted so I did not read the statements next to my initials since I assumed they pertained to payment & car/drivers licenses, etc. The next morning my dog barked & the manager, Maureen, had a fit since to my surprise it was not a pet friendly BAYMONT.. I am 80 yrs old, I was exhausted;, clearly it was a mistake on my paart. I apologized profusely for my misunderstanding bu did not appreciate being shouted at & accused of lying in front of all the other motel customers, I will NNEVER stay at Baymont again due to her lack of tact & lack of kindness when I attempted to apologize for my mistake.

I liked that there was a room adjustable hearter/ac and the whole place was just an all around good stay.

We stayed in the room of 215 and the door to the bathroom was way to close to the floor because it required a decent amount of strength to even move it. Also the toilet seat was broken and the curtain was also broken.

Promised a hot breakfast included in the price of the room. The eggs were frozen, the waffles were cold and wimpy, no milk for the cereal. The baseboards were torn off and the carpet was filthy. Management came before customers and they were very hard to understand.

Its outside of town

Nothing. It is spirder infested!!! The trash was not taking out!! There was dirty female products in the trash can!! The owners allowed their employee tonput hands on my wife and I both yesterday 10/26/2024 in front of our 3 children!! And then lie to the cops!! The coos didnt even check the cameras. He was not even inside long enough to look at them let alone get the story. Then they refused to give us a refund!!!
