The breakfast was very nice. Standard breakfast with something for everyone. I appreciated the very quick check-in.

I had wanted a copy of my bill and was told it would be sent via email from Booking.com. It was not. I had to call to request it for a copy as I needed it for reimbursement. Whenever someone asks for a copy of the bill, just give it to him/her or allow us to take a photo via our phones. Don't assume we'll get it via email.

The beds were comfortable, and the facilities were clean. The staff were nice, obviously a family business. The breakfast was okay with a few options.

The shower head was too short for a 6' tall person.

My room smelled so bad I bought an air fresher. I didn’t feel completely safe -it seems like there are quite a few people living here and they seem to. R participating in illegal activities

It was pretty standard as continental breakfasts go. It was nothing out of the ordinary. Location was great.

Maybe the breakfast, but at least you offered breakfast!
