The front desk agent was wonderful. He was helpful and very pleasant whenever we saw him. He even accommodated our early check-in. The room was better than expected. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was nice. We enjoyed the pool and whirlpool. Also, breakfast had a nice selection. We will definitely stay again when in the area.
We didn't like the light in the parking lot shining into our room while we were trying to sleep. The blackout curtains would blow open a little because of the heating/cooling unit. It wasn't enough of a bother to request another room. Other than that, we really liked the room.

Everything was quick and pleasant.
The elevator was knocked out during a storm and remained closed the entire 4 days. Never saw anyone come to look at it or try to fix it even though we were told someone was coming the very morning we checked in. The pool was also closed, kind of a bummer. Other than that, we really enjoyed the place

They were having water issues with the cold weather. Water pressure very low on third floor. Mattress's are getting, or seem well used and not as comfortable.

Good
I made a mistake and booked a room for 11-4 instead of 11-3. The roomed I booked was $129 and the room I got on Friday cost me $169. I could see if it was crowded but there was only about 10 cars in the parking lot. I was ripped off. I will never use your hotel again.

Friendly accommodating staff!! Kept the place clean and responded to issues we had quickly!
The A/C unit in our room didn’t work and no repair person on duty to fix it!

Quick easy check in, close by room, I can't walk very well.
Coffee pot, did not work. I was looking forward to that first cup of coffee but brewed about an ounce.

There were tiles that were broke in our bathroom, need replaced. Ran out of hand wash. Our trash wasn't taken out, as we stayed a couple of nights.

the people were nice
they didn’t come and clean the room and give us new towels and toilet paper. the breakfast was ok. my kids did say the milk for the cereal tasted old and sour.
