The location worked for us because Jacksonville IL is not far from where my parents live on the western outskirts of Springfield IL. Jacksonville is a charming town of 19000 with nice parks, fun restaurants and an historic town square. This a a great pet friendly location with adequate green space for walks. The facilities were amazingly clean, and as some one who is odor sensitive, the room and entire facility smelled fresh and clean with not a whiff of cover up spray. Beds were comfortable. We had a dark side of the building room, so sleep was great. Breakfast was good, with several options, and breakfast area was spotless and well stocked. Management and staff were present, friendly, and on top of everything!

Love breakfast it's was super packed but the lady that did breakfast was fast friendly and kept everything calm and the pool was awesome

Just seem like everything was higher then down where I live and the ladies that cleaned kept telling us they speak no English but when you was not there they speak English to each other until the lady that we saw Sunday speak all English and was friendly and the internet was very poor that we had to go get someone from front desk and it kept going out so for the price we paid we was very upset about it

Breakfast was good. Clifford (night staff) is a very professional and friendly young man, keep him on staff. He is an asset to your establishment.

The room was supposed to be handicap accessible. There was a grab bar outside the shower, but not one in the shower, and no grab bar by the toilet. My wife and I are not "disabled" but our health is such that those amenities are certainly appreciated, and when we reserve a room advertised as such we do expect it.....

Excellent location, easy to reach and plenty of parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean property and I’m very particular about cleanliness. Our room was nicely appointed and bathroom was spacious.

The breakfast buffet provided was obviously processed, easy to prepare / warm up items. Eggs were flavorless, not fresh! Would have liked more healthy options, such as multi-grain bread and/or cereal. Coffee tasted weak, not full-bodied! Finally, plenty of pillows provided but couldn’t find a comfortable one.

The front desk staff was great I will definitely stay there when I'm in Jacksonville

The maids I ask them to clean my room when I got back it wasn't clean so I had to ask the front desk for help oh yea I I paid for a queen double but the beds are full the head board were queen but the mattress were full size

The desk person was very courteous. The room was really clean and the breakfast was nice.

The noice level. The walls seemed to be thin or not insulated well and there was a big space under our door. We could hear people on both sides of us. Could hear their tv and people talking. Kids were running in the hall and it was just loud. Maybe just a really busy night. ?

Only complaint was the taste of the food. We took turns going to eat and discovered no one finished their food because of the taste and options. Area was clean, but needs higher quality of food and more options.

Housekeeping needs I pads to know who has checked out instead of the annoying tapping!! Repeatedly!! The do not disturb tags are small and barely noticeable for guests with not great vision. The door handle obscures the small sign. When not put out, housekeeping staff are pests!

The hotel was easy to get to. It’s clean and has a lot of things to offer for comfort.

The rooms need to be insulated from the hallway and rooms next door. Could hear tv from rooms on each side of us. Could hear eople stomping down the hall and above our room.

Very nice and clean! Clifford went above and beyond to help us when the TV in our room didn’t work (and we were too tired to change rooms). He brought us a TV, hooked it up & made sure it worked before he left!!
