This was my second time here. The owner is very helpful. I appreciate having a relatively large room with a small frig and microwave (bring your own dishes, though), so I can keep food costs down. The location is also easy to navigate to a church conference in Lostant.

The Relax Inn is very close to the La Salle power plant. The hosts are very kind and helpful. They resolved any issues I had promptly and effectively and communicated excellently over the course of my stay. I’ll definitely be returning next year!

The managers are careful to emphasize that the facility is basic (meaning, especially no fancy furniture/carpet). That being said, there was a working microwave and refrigerator - as well as wall TV in the room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The manager also only books guest for at least 2 nights. However, if there is no vacancy, there is another motel nearby where he will organize a stay at a discounted price - also a possibility for one night.

I missed having a real coffee cup to heat water in the microwave for morning coffee (I brought instant coffee and tea). They offered styrofoam, but I didn't think that would be too healthy. In thinking about it, I guess there was always a breakfast room in previous venues where I could borrow dishes/silverware. So, bring whatever you need for "cookware" for the microwave. They used to have a Keurig coffeemaker available, but it is not allowed during the pandemic.

Very quiet area. It was very clean.

Amenities were there just not like other motels. Very utilitarian. Which is fine it still was a nice stay

Staff was real friendly. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Very quiet and appreciated the chairs and smoking stands outside of rooms.

The 1st impression of being in an enclosed office, small, dark and warm.

Convenient. Staff was pleasant. Directions given was not clear.

Wasn't this clean as expected I was also charged an extra $15 for my very small pet which was not included in the price quoted me.

Easy accessable rooms. Laundry worked well.

Lock didn't work upon arrival. Mgmt did a tub non slip spray on all the rooms on Labor Day when they were full, and couldn't use shower for 6 hours.
