Friendly and helpful staff. The area felt safe and there was a nice selection of restaurants in the area. The price was good and the hotel was clean. A great spot to get off the road for the evening and get some sleep.

The facilities were well worn and dated. The coffee service was not good. Some simple drip coffee would have been better and quite acceptable. The automated machine that made different coffee drinks may seem novel, but in the end, they all tasted bad. Breakfast selection was fair. Nice breakfast sandwiches.. I missed my bagels though. They make good on the go food.

Breakfast was perfect for a traveling family, kids got waffles and I got hard boiled eggs. Perfect. The restaurant next door was exactly what we needed: gin and tonics while we waited for our take out. Room was clean and quiet. Location was close to I80 and a perfect stopover on our way from PA to WY. Staff put our ice packs in the freezer to refreeze overnight while we kept the rest of the contents of our cooler in the fridge in our room. Perfect for a long road trip. Great stay!

The hotel was in a convenient area for us to go to Starved Rock Park. It was a good price for a one night stay. The breakfast was o.k. as I don't really remember it, so it was probably just like any other hotel you stay at.

I don't like the configuration of the bathroom, whereas I would like a little more space on the vanity to place things. But, that is not something they could change. I can't really think of any other negative. It was just an o.k. place to stay.

Breakfast was the second thought Cold cereal toast a waffle in the refrigerator They had processed food burrito egg bacon and cheese sandwich his cups of yogurt and muffin but no hot breakfast like sausage eggs anything like that All in all if you're trying to eat healthy it's okay 👍

The location was perfect for my needs. The breakfast was good but I would have liked to see a little more variety of food. If you're not a fan of waffles, you are still be hungry when you leave. The breakfast is a great benefit of the stay.

I noticed the garbage cans by the back stairs on the first floor were overflowing when we checked in and by check out the next day they still had not been emptied and the employees had already done a shift change. There was no reason the night attendant and the oncoming morning shift couldn't have emptied that trash before the guests started getting up.

Quiet, clean place. Imenities in room was nice. Excellent location for us since we needed the interstate for further traveling. Breakfast was limited but there are plenty of restaurants nearby if you needed a fuller meal.

The toilet was extremely slow in working and the tank took a long time to fill. Just need fixed

Check in was very easy. My room was exceptionally comfortable!! The pool was AWSOME! And breakfast was very good

The tub on my room was kind of beat up but other than that. Value is. What you get can't be beat. Also, it would have been nice if they had a Jacuzzi after a long day hiking.

Honestly it was really great the lady at the front desk at night was super helpful. Super smooth and she put me in a nice room

Location was alright got lost at first because the place next door threw me off. There were a few stains on desk chair but everything else clean other than that.

The breakfast was good. It would have been nice to have some boiled eggs available also. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. We appreciated having a bathtub, but the water wasn't very hot by the time we took our baths closer to 10:00 p.m.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I will return. Very comfortable clean room. They have a decent breakfast area you can snack on all day or night. We liked it very much!!!
