WE really like the waterpark...

I understand staffs needs days off and need balance it out for budgeting reasons, but I think still should have activities full 7 days... overcrowded pool Tuesdays and Wednesdays... I not type to be tell teller but surprised how many bring food and alcohol to pool thank goodness no problems behaviors issues... Growing up almost 50 I had respect all rules any vacations hotels etc.. i just really surprised... I also was told no activities and shhh gave time share the paddle boat activity really like turn off I think treat time share and holiday inn fairly for all...

Only thing I didn't like about the property is that they didn't have shuttle buses for locations they should have at least one shuttle bus with times to pick up people that don't have cars cuz it's a long walk around the property from the villas to the sites where the water park and the other activities are but in the summertime it wouldn't be bad but at least in the winter time also book with insight don't use booking.com because I book with them and wasn't able to get into my room until 5:45 be to their system going down but they didn't let me or the resort know that they played around and tried to blame the resort the whole time it was them they didn't issue it be any accommodations refunds extra stay or anything after I complain the entire state they never got back to me they really played me I never use this site again for booking I'll go to Expedia or book on site as I suggest

The villa was nice and big. The front desk was nice and helpful.

When we first got there everything was open. A hour in to our visit. They closed the slides. And there was one life gaurd with long brown hair and glasses that you can tell should of been at her post but was coming in and out of the water park room . Then came in and started to try and play music. Two hours later she came and opened one slide and was yelling at the kids and instead of watching them she was hiding on top of the slide texting. And the man in the snack bar needed more help he was very nice but was too busy for one person.

This was my first visit to this property and we loved the kitchenette area of our room! It was stocked with everything from dishes and bakeware to oven mitts and dishwasher pods, which made for ease of meals for our stay. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The arcade was small but fun for our children. And the staff was very friendly.

The downside is the location of the property is far out into the countryside, I came from out of state so it just felt like such a long drive further out with not much near. The waterpark fun, but geared more toward children under 10 or so. Nonetheless fun was had and we enjoyed ourselves. We hope to return during the warmer months to experience the whole resort.

I liked the location from the Highway. I liked the size of the room I stayed in. The cleanliness was good however there was some food underneath the coffee table. I liked there were multiple activities. I also loved the communication from the office from first day to the last.

I didn’t like there were no restaurants inside the resort. There were no water fountains or places to purchase water at the resort. The lake cost because was nasty, full of algae and the deck leading to the lake was full of bird poop.

Couldn’t believe what a great value for money this place was. The descriptions of the complex don’t do it justice. The spaces were clean, there are a ton of activities for everyone to do. Several indoor/outdoor pools, fishing lake close to the river, minigolf, activity center, bbq grills, close to an Aldi and Walmart, close to small business restaurant with decent pizza, friendly staff and a great waterpark.

I don’t really have a bad thing to say about it.

I come here every year, and I just love the atmosphere, how kid friendly it is, and I love that you added more games/activities for the kids.

There was an incident at the Water Park which caused some first responders on the scene, and possibly closed in the facilities, but it wasn't communicated clearly that the facilities were closing down. The internet cut off or slowed down often which is something I've never experienced.

Mini golf, pools and hot tub

Waterpark was overcrowded and that was the only place that staff was rude…they seemed overwhelmed and overstimulated. That was the only part we were disappointed in. Also my daughter was on the line right at 48 inches and they said nope can’t do slides have to be over 48 inches. She was really upset. Super strict about that but then lazy river had so many people in it not on tubes that you couldn’t even move so wasn’t enjoyable and wouldn’t give refund when made a complaint. We only stayed an hour and spend over $80.

It was a great stay for my family. My children enjoyed the pool. Everything was close enough to enjoy and have fun with nice people around. The rooms was nice and clean and very spacious. The front desk was nice and polite as well.

I didn't like that the park was really small, I feel like it could have been bigger and more things to do for the young kids. I didn't like but understand that the indoor water park was an extra charge. We just felt that we needed to stay longer for the money that was paid to get in.

Staff is very helpful & accomidating. The location & the whole resort is easy to locate & to explore. I really love that this is a family oriented kind of resort .Lots of activities to do.. clean & relaxing area with hiking trails.

The sound of the water refilling fthe toilet from the other room or units is so loud .My sleep was interrupted .
