The beds and facilities were great. It was a quick trip for us so we just needed a place to sleep, and this was sufficient. No issues in the room at all and the front desk worker was very friendly and helpful.

The coffee was not good at all, very watery. The breakfast was not great, little muffins and yogurt. It was included, so I didn't feel like we were out much, but the coffee would have been nice.

It was nice that the floors were only partially carpeted so that my cat could be more comfortable in the room and leave less hair behind! The beds were comfortable and the parking lot felt secure.

Room was not fully cleaned. Breakfast options limited.

I liked that it was close to our daughters college and the rate for staying there was more reasonable compared to the hotels closer to SIUE. The staff was so friendly and made us feel welcomed. Breakfast was basic. Would recommend getting flavored creamer and healthier bread, other than just white. Also adding fruit to the options.

The Tv is digital, so it was impossible to watch anything since it kept jumping and losing connection.

If I have to say something negative the breakfast is small and would have liked to have something hot like pancakes, waffles,sausage, or bacon.

Spur of the moment stay. I was traveling and checked in about 2 am. I've stayed at red roofs before and wasn't expecting much. This is far and away the best red roof I've stayed at.

Water pressure sucked. Hot enough shower, but not super hot.

No breakfast This must be a new trend in hotels, stating that breakfast is included to get you to book, they only had, juice, coffee (no cream), bagels (no cream cheese) & cereal (1 kind)

Mattresses and beds could be more comfortable. Elevator took too long sometimes, and the stairs were at the other end of the corridor

Pets can stay for free and they didn't jam pack a bunch of extra furniture in the room. It was strategically located right next to a cracker barrel.

The parking lot was a bit full. But I still got a decent spot

Our in room coffee maker didn’t work. We told staff but was not offered a replacement. We were told that there was coffee in the lobby 24/7. However, when we went to the lobby for coffee the pots were empty on several occasions.

Our room was comfortable and clean.

The elevator was so hot. No air flow. Same with the 3rd floor. The floor looked like someone had partially stained the floor in the hallway. Just very uncomfortable this stay.
