Super comfy beds. Quiet hallways. Really friendly staff. Breakfast was better than expected, although my expectations are pretty low due to generally substandard hotel free breakfasts.

The pancake maker seemed like it needed a tune-up. My brand-fresh coffee had grounds in it and was lava-hot even though I added ice. Still burned my tongue 30 mins later. The mini fridge freezer didn't re-freeze our reusable ice packs meant to keep our cooler cold enough for next day's travel. (All minor inconveniences. Overall had a wonderful experience and will do Holiday Inn again.)

We stay here everytime we come to visit our kids. It's close by and very convenient. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Rooms have always been clean and very comfortable.

Everything is always good when we stay but our last stay had a noisy group,with kids yelling and running up and down the hall into the early morning hours (2am)We told them at the desk at check out and they apologized. Explained that the family had been spoken to. They offered to give us some extra IHG reward points,and apologized again.

We were greeted right when we walked in. We were handed a welcome bag of goodies and waters. Our room smelled and looked clean. We went to the free breakfast and everything was set up for us to easily get to and lots to choose from.

The pool was closed but we didn’t have time to go in it anyway. I would just make sure you ask if it’s up and running if you really would like to swim.

Staff was super friendly, hotel very clean, complimentary breakfast was very good. Even the coffee was good!!

Toilet overflowed night 2, bathroom smelled badly after that even after being "cleaned". Toilet ran a long time after that. The reason we chose this hotel was for the indoor pool, however the pool was closed the entire time, kids NEVER got to swim

We didn't write that the pool was not working and we weren't informed of that before we came there that was one of the main reasons we hooked with you guys and then when we entered our room room 219 I've had a weird smell to it it was very clean the staff was excellent I'm not sure what the smell was but the room was very very clean we only had a problem with the pool and not being open everything else was wonderful

Staff was wonderful, breakfast was great, LOVED the pool!

The sound barrier in the rooms left a LOT to be desired. I could hear when the person in the next room coughed. Also there was a small gap in between the floor & the main door, so you could hear EVERYTHING going on in the hallway.

The pancake machine did not work quite right, The pancakes were the size of a silver dollar

We were over charged . The quote on line was $79/night and we were paid $99 for the first night and $116 for the last two nights.

The young lady was the best chef we have had at HIE. Bacon was perfect! All food was prepared great. Nice and clean. She was very helpful to my wife and i!

In our room the coffee pot and the tv in the bedroom did not work.

Good location next to an interstate. Staff was happy to help. Nice breakfast before getting back on the road, and choices were kept well stocked. Bed was very confortable.

Furniture in the room was a bit stiff, and it looked like it had seen better days.

Everything about our stay was amazing. we chose this place because of the pool, but unfortunately, it was down till monday. But we were totally fine with it. April, who was at the front desk when we arrived, deserves a big recognition! She was amazing! Thank you for making our stay there welcoming!
