The room was clean and comfortable. The location was just right for our trip to Dodge City. The am breakfast was great.

After notifying the front desk, we never got a hair dryer. We were told it was in the closet, but it was not. Supplies were weak. Had to ask for the extra roll of toilet paper as only 1/2 of roll had been stocked. We specifically choose this motel for the option of the hot tub and indoor pool. After the day of travel, the pool was clean but very cold. We then went to the hot tub,...which never worked properly. Even after notifying the front desk, who attempted to remedy the situation, the tub never warmed and the jets did not work. Oh well :(

Everything was great! Almost everyone was amazing! I will definitely stay again

The only complaint I have is!!!!!! I asked for a late check out! I told the girl charge me that's fine! If that's ok! She said no problem but there would be a 20 or 30$ charge! She said remind the front desk in the morning and I did, they said I had till 1230pm Well 1140am they are knocking and the lady has an attitude that I had a late check out!!!! For one why the attitude???? I paid for a "late check out" I was told I could do that! They should not allow people to do a late check out then like I don't understand! Did front desk not let them know!!! Other then that mean lady everything was perfect

No elevator for access to second floor and no room available on first floor, which necessitated multiple trips for luggage when packed for a long trip! As is the case with many hotels, too many extra pillows and not enough surface areas to stow them. Hate to put pillows on the floor, but suspect many do. Travelers need surface areas, hangers, and towel racks rather than non-essential aesthetic accents!

Very clean, very comfortable, very quiet but we stayed on a Sunday and Monday night. Location was perfect. Great little town too visit. Kind and accommodating staff👍

Breakfast was a little lacking in freshness my husband said. I didn't see it though . I'm thinking, he's a MAN, normally not really picky about sausage n eggs but he skipped it and had cereal. We didn't care to much but, it would have been nice to have an elevator 🤷

The front desk staff didn’t speak clear English and were not knowledgeable of the area at all. They didn’t know any local sights to see or recommend a restaurant. The premises did not have an elevator so we had to carry luggage upstairs/downstairs.

Breakfast was fine. Location also was fine. Sorry we were unable to stay the night that we had reserved due to a death in the family. I did not have my computer with me so was unable to cancel online. Luckily, I had the phone number and was able to call and get a room for a night earlier. Hotel staff also said they could not cancel the reservation that I had made prior to the trip.

Everything was good, clean, front desk, parking, breakfast, cleaning services, etc.

Some of the maid services of the am shift were not at all friendly. They wouldn't even say hi or good morning...no manners at all, especially the younger ones... other than that, all was good 👍

At 11:04 I received a phone call that it was checkout time, when the desk person saw me leave the pool at 10:30. I understand time tables. If it was 11:30 or something, ok, but not 11:04. Hot tub was cold.

We stayed at another hotel in Dodge City in June. The drapes were ripped and the room wasn't up to my standards. When we checked in to Quality Inn the room was clean! Our grandson loved the pool! I enjoyed being able to have breakfast before continuing on our trip. We will definitely book with a Quality Inn on our next trip!

The room was clean however it didn’t smell great. We had a ground floor room which we prefer. Breakfast was lovely.

The lock on the room door was slightly damaged so it took a few attempts to open the door each time.
